  First time users of a vacation rental property and we were very impressed. Paul was waiting to greet us and show us around. The property was very well equipped and the building very well maintained. Real benefit with in-room laundry, full size kitchen, included Wi-Fi and the bar-b-que area next to the pool. Great selection of DVD's for evening wind down. The location was perfect with a short walk to Waikiki beach, area hotels, shopping and restaurants. We rented a car and travelled around the island but a car is not necessary if you are just planning on staying in Waikiki. The property included one parking stall in a secure above ground parkade in the building. The beds were comfortable and appeared new and there was a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The property is now nice earthy colors, not the greens shown in the photos. There was beach towels and folding chairs for our use. The building was very quiet, however their is quite a bit of noise from emergency vehicles attending calls in the downtown area. No fault of the property, but I used ear plugs at night. I would 100% stay at this property again. I hope this is helpful if you are planning a trip to Waikiki.

  We have stayed at Four Paddle before so that is why we wanted to come back. This suite was very good and we liked it very much. We plan to return next year.

  Great spot - comfortable, close to everything yet far away to be quiet - fantastic view over Fort DeRussey Park, even watched whales from our lanai. Highly recommended!

  The condo was proffessionally set up for rental and had the ammenities that we wanted such as parking and wifi. The big problem was sirens from ambulance/police going up and down Kuhio at all hours of the night. You must wear ear plugs to sleep.

  lack of access to closet space is a problem if you are staying for a long holiday.Some basics in the kitchen need replacing (e.g toaster , coffee pot), but Captain cook staff are most helpful resolving small issues. Otherwise nicely furnished unit in an excellent location.

    The space issue has been resolved. The owner had some things stored in the closet and they have since been removed. The toaster and coffee pot were replaced as well.
