RECEIVING A QUOTE: When you receive a Quote it will include the following: Rent - Tax - (currently 11.962%) - Charges - this includes departure cleaning, reservation fee and Limited Accidental Damage Waiver charge as explained below.
There is a $25 After Hours Check-in Fee for arrivals at the condo 9:00PM or later. This is not included in your quote. Additional charges apply for check-ins on 12/25/08 - 1/01/09 and Late check-ins -in on 12/24/08 -12/31/08
In lieu of paying a Security/Damage deposit a $45 non refundable LIMITED ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER charge has been added to your quote. By acceptance of this waiver you will not be required to pay for "accidental" damage to the home/condo or personal property of the owner contained within the premises, up to an aggregate of $1000. This waiver is more fully described under Terms & Conditions on our website. Prestige Properties will require Security/Damage Deposit.
MAKING A RESERVATION: A $300 deposit is due upon booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled more that 45 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If cancelled withing 45 days of arrival, there is no refund unless we are able to re-rent the accommodation. If your arrival is within 45 days from today, your payment will be due in full. Note: PRESTIGE PROPERTIES REQUIRE 25% DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING.
MAKING YOUR RESERVATION ONLINE assumes you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions as stated on this website and by entering your credit card information you have given us permission to charge either deposit and or full payment to your credit card. At this time our Deposit and Cancellation Policies will be in effect. Forms of payment accepted are Mastercard, Visa, Discover and JCB. Upon receipt of your reservation we will email you a Confirmation Letter and a Policies & Credit Card Charge Acknowledgement Letter which requires your signature.
Travel Protection -Trip Cancellation Insurance is also offered for reservatons made more than 72 hours of arrival. You will find this coverage described under the Travel Insurance tab on the Home Page of our website. The cost is currently 6.5% of room and tax and must be purchased prior to final payment . Please indicate at time of reservation IF you wish to choose this option so we may give you a quote.
STILL HAVEN'T MADE YOUR AIRLINE RESERVATIONS? DISCOUNTED AIRFARE IS AVAILABLE FROM MOST US CITIES WHEN YOU RESERVE A CONDO WITH CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS. Simply make your reservation on-line or with our Reservations Department at 1-800-854-8843. You will then be directed to our travel desk where you will be able to complete your travel arrangements. Your booking will be held for 24 hours before payment is due for your condo.
PROCEDURES FOR RESERVATIONS BOOKED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ARRIVAL.. Please include your AIRLINE, FLIGHT NUMBER, ARRIVAL TIME and your CELL PHONE NUMBER as well. A Final Confirmation Letter, Credit Card Authorization Form and Arrival Instructions will be emailed to you. Please be sure to bring the Arrival Instructions with you as they contain the telephone number to call us after you arrive at the Honolulu airport. Once we have received your call we will send our Representative to meet you at your condo for check-in .
