Can decorations be set up before check-in?
In many cases, setup can only begin at or after the standard 3:00 PM check-in time. Pre-arrival setup may require special coordination, delayed guest arrival, or booking the prior night, depending on the property schedule.
Can decorations be attached to the walls or ceiling?
Decorations must not damage the property. Adhesives, hooks, tape, or other materials that may leave marks or cause damage are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance.
Who do I pay?
Decoration services are arranged and paid directly with 808balloonz. Captain Cook Resorts may assist with access coordination after a booking is completed when property access and building rules allow, but the décor service itself is provided by 808balloonz.
How much do standard packages cost?
Standard packages generally range from $310–$750+tax, including a $60 travel and hotel parking fee. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on the package, occasion, design, add-ons, timing, and availability. Please contact 808balloonz directly for current pricing and a customized quote.
What happens to the decorations after checkout?
808balloonz offers next-day cleanup service for an additional cost. Otherwise, they will provide a large trash bag for the guest’s use. Guests are responsible for removing or disposing of decorations according to the instructions provided. Excessive décor left behind, unusual cleanup, or damage may result in additional charges.
How far in advance should I request this?
Earlier is always better. Availability is not guaranteed, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak travel dates.
