Rehoboth Beach United States, 18. March 2023 Stayed for 30 days in February, 2023Very nice property. Close to Waikiki and Ala Moana. Building staff is friendly and helpful. Included parking spot is a bonus, as is the washer/dryer combo.
This was our second stay here. The unit could use a little update. Lanai furniture is going to fail soon, lamp and smoke detector missing from second bedroom, MBR toilet handle has to be manually pushed back up again to stop from continuously running, and sofa upholstery needs to be cleaned. But all in all, a nice rental and we would probably choose it again.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate

Rehoboth Beach United States, 03. March 2022 Stayed for 35 days in January, 2022We had a fantastic vacation. The unit was very well maintained with a beautiful view and a convenient location. It was a short walk into downtown Waikiki, and also to Ala Moana beach park and the shopping mall. Allure staff were very friendly and helpful. The included parking space was a plus, eliminating any concerns about having a rental car. We would definitely rent here again.

Danville United States, 17. February 2021 Stayed for 32 days in December, 2020As an owner of a rental property myself I would describe my experience as clunky. Seemed like a lot of handoffs etc. Our handler wasn't super responsive. I had issues with the billing - some were my issues some were Captain Cook. However, responsiveness to these issues was outstanding.
We really enjoyed the unit. Bed was too small for a couple of people 6 feet tall. Amenities were great. Property well kept up, clean, professionally run.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate
