    Property condition

    As an owner of a rental property myself I would describe my experience as clunky. Seemed like a lot of handoffs etc. Our handler wasn't super responsive. I had issues with the billing - some were my issues some were Captain Cook. However, responsiveness to these issues was outstanding.

    We really enjoyed the unit. Bed was too small for a couple of people 6 feet tall. Amenities were great. Property well kept up, clean, professionally run.
