No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

    We stayed here for a little over a month, 2 people and it was quite comfortable.

    You have a bedroom, kitchen counter to at at and enough space for a separate dining area which we used as a workspace. Plus a Lanai just big enough for two people to sit comfortably.

    Having parking was great as well.

    You do get a lot of sirens from the ambulance on Ala Wai Blvd but you get used to it after a while.

    We enjoyed this condo. It was well equipped and the building is well maintained and quiet. Our Captain Cook representative was responsive. There are a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed but we would recommend this unit and Captain Cook.
