No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

    Pros: Excellently stocked kitchen; great bed; fine location and view; good tv & beach chairs; clean
    Cons: totally closed pool w/ no advanced notice; purchased food for grilling but also closed off; notified our Cook rep. but got no reply; inadequate table and chairs for eating on lanai

    We spent the entire month of May in 706, to our complete satisfaction. App. is well equipped and there is nothing missing in our eyes so all praise. Next year we will definitely return to Canal House. Again perfectly arranged by Captain Cook as we have been used to for all those years.

    Enjoyed the apartment and loved the new appliances! The location is perfect if you want the quiet side of Waikiki and close to the bus stops and Kapahulu. Would definitely recommend!
