Great cozy fully-equipped room with safe and pleasant neighborhoo
Minatoku, Japan, August 25, 2025 Stayed for 69 days in June 2025We had a pleasant long stay. We've stayed at quite a few vacation rentals but this one was definitely one of the best. The building is old but very clean and well managed by helpful managements. Majority of the rooms are resided by local residents and everyone we met in the elevator are friendly and well mannered. The room is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The allocated parking spot is a good spot, too. The location is in between Waikiki and Alamoana so it's about 15min walk to either of them. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The only downside we could think of is the small and shallow pool. But the BBQ area is spacious and clean and free of charge.

The view from the balcony is amazing.

It was close to Alamoana and convenient to buy food and daily necessities, making life easy.
Walking also has Magic lsland ,Alamoana Beach Park and some nice places.
#2910 was very good because the necessary things for a long-term stay were arranged.
The security staff was stationed 24 hours a day, and the security was strong ,so l could spend my time with peace of mind.
when l was in trouble, the staff of Captain Cook dealt with me and l was very encouraged.

キッチンも広く、とても使いやすかったです。
向かいにスーパーがあり、
ヒルトンホテルまで歩いて行くことができるので、
とても便利な立地です。
プールやBBQなどの使い勝手も良かったです。
セキュリティーもしっかりしていて、安心です。
ただ、階下の方がベビースモーカーのようで、
ベランダからのタバコのにおいが耐えられず、
窓を閉めたことが何回かありました。
