Stunning ocean and Diamond Head views! This spacious (853 sq. ft.) open floor plan suite is the perfect spot to enjoy Hawaii's cool trade winds and refreshing ocean breeze. Featuring a full kitchen, free parking, free Wi-Fi, and more, it is an ideal getaway for couples and solo travelers. 2-person max.
The Colony Surf offers beachside living at its finest and is also home to world famous Michel's Restaurant and next door to the private Outrigger Canoe Club. On one side of Colony Surf you'll enjoy playing tennis or walking in Kapiolani Park; on the other side, enjoy swimming and sunning on the sandy beach, or surfing the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean (NO Pool onsite). You'll be away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, yet a close enough walk to shopping, casual and fine dining, nightlife and the many attractions and activities that Waikiki has to offer. Bus service is also available to Waikiki, grocery stores and shops in the area and to Ala Moana Shopping Center.
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

コロニーサーフは過去何回か利用しているが、ウオシュレットトイレ希望とカピオラニ公園のコンサートおよびカヌークラブパーテイが夜10時まで大音量でうるさかった。
夕方以降ワイキキからの帰路に浮浪者がいて不安を感じた。
上記以外はとても満足でした。

Great location
Greer, United States, October 17, 2025 Stayed for 30 days in September 2025This was our third time staying in this apartment. We love the location, the building and the staff. The location is far enough away from traffic, but close enough to walk to resources. It's great to have the park so close. The rug needed cleaning. The price has gone up considerable since the first time we stayed last year, not sure if it's worth it.
