Colony Surf offers beachside living with a sandy beach and the Pacific Ocean right outside, Kapiolani Park and tennis nearby, and world-famous Michel's Restaurant in the building. You'll be away from the hustle and bustle of central Waikiki while still within walking distance of shopping, dining, nightlife, attractions, and activities, with convenient bus service also available. There is NO pool at this location.
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept studio with NO wall or door separating the sleeping area from the living room.

To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in is guaranteed by 5PM.
No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including in the condo or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.

コロニーサーフは過去何回か利用しているが、ウオシュレットトイレ希望とカピオラニ公園のコンサートおよびカヌークラブパーテイが夜10時まで大音量でうるさかった。
夕方以降ワイキキからの帰路に浮浪者がいて不安を感じた。
上記以外はとても満足でした。

Great location

The location is far enough away from traffic, but close enough to walk to resources. It's great to have the park so close. The rug needed cleaning. The price has gone up considerable since the first time we stayed last year, not sure if it's worth it.
