NEW TO OUR INVENTORY! You'll fall in love with the amazing Diamond Head and ocean views from this 540 sqft 20th floor penthouse studio in the beachfront Colony Surf building at the quiet end of Waikiki! Condo is cooled by ceiling fans and trade winds. Although there is no pool, you are just steps away from the sparkling blue waters of Colony Surf's semi-private beach!

Colony Surf boasts fine French dining restaurant Michel's on the ground floor, and is just across the street from Kapiolani Park and a short walk to the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium. You'll also appreciate being just a short walk or quick drive into Waikiki! Public transportation is available to Waikiki, grocery stores and shops in the area. Shared laundry room on site.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Colony Surf will be undergoing a concrete spalling repair and walkway carpet replacement project through April 28, 2023. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8AM–4:30PM, excluding holidays (11/11/22, 11/24–25/22, 12/26/22–1/2/23, 1/16/23, 2/20/23, 4/7/23). This will entail some jackhammering and grinding noises. Work schedules are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.
Unit #PH6 will be directly affected by the concrete spalling repairs on the exterior of all 06 & 07 units from September 26–December 2, 2022, during which time you will need to keep your windows closed during work hours to prevent dust coming into your condo. Quote rates include a 40% discount off affected weekdays!

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

    This was our second time to make Colony Surf PH 6 our “home” for our stay on Oahu. We are planning on returning next year. The unit is lovely. The furniture, the bedding, the photos and paintings around the unit all combine to give a comfortable aloha feeling. With just 2 of us to cook for, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

    The unit was immaculate, clean and refreshing. The view of Diamond Head, the blue green ocean during the day beautiful, while after dark the view of the Waikiki skyline was spectacular. What’s not to love having a beach right outside your door!

    Our unit manager was always available to help us if needed. The Captain Cook office staff were wonderful to work with and could answer any questions we had.

    The view from this unit is its greatest appeal with sunrises over Diamond Head to ocean sunsets. The bed is comfy, the shower water pressure good, kitchen small but sufficient, apartment clean, management was efficient and immediately responded when we couldn't figure out our TV (our fault). We tried to get it again for next year but couldn't so took another. We'd stay here again if given the chance. Thank you Cap'n Cook! (Only downside is the lovely area rugs bunched up and weren't necessary, they got in our way when they rumpled after a month's living.)

    We stayed in this studio apartment in August 2021. When we arrived we were met by the agent who was very helpful. The studio was immaculate, lots of towels and extra sheets, full kitchen had everything we needed in the way of pots, pans, general kitchen items. We enjoyed the location, close enough to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki yet far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the small beach in front of the condo and Kapiolani Park. Because of the North and South orientation of the building, we never had the intense heat from the afternoon sun, yet it was light and airy with a great cross-ventilation. I would suggest that you might bring some spices as the apartment only had salt and pepper. We loved this apartment so much that we have already booked out 2022 trip!
