No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Discovery Bay #4118 Resoultion Tower Review
Garry W. from Viking, Canada, April 2, 2024 Stayed for 30 days in March 2024We stayed there from March 1st to March 28th. When we arrived the Project Manager; Paul; met us and opened the condo up. He showed us around the condo.
Later I tried to use the vacuum but it didn't work. I called Paul and that same day he delivered a new vacuum. Excellent service.
The condo was well equipped and everything worked.
The washer and dryer were a very nice addition.
The floor we were on was very clean.

Very good stay at Discovery Bay

We really like the Discovery Bay facilities (pool area, gym) and location. We wish CCR would have more units available at this location. However there is some room for minor improvement with #4118. The decor and some appliances are dated. The upright vacuum needs replacing. It does not work properly, is very old, and there are no replacement bags. It is possible the microwave may fail in the near future. The bedroom is adequate but the lighting arrangement is awkward. A king bed would be preferable to the queen sized bed which is small for tall people. There was only one set of sheets for the bed. There should be at least a spare set so laundering is more convenient. The TV sets worked but it was very awkward figuring out how to use them. The TV in the bedroom had regular cable TV which was totally different from the living room TV. The LR TV seemed to only have streaming channels. There were no instructions on how to use the TV's so it was frustrating trial and error in figuring out what was available and how to access programs. There were two remote controls for each TV set, however in each case it seemed that only one remote worked. The LR TV worked using the remote supplied with the TV. The bedroom TV worked using the remote supplied by the cable company. The bedroom TV remote seemed to stop working during the last few days. Maybe dead batteries or some of the buttons are worn out. The beach chairs are old and difficult to carry. We bought two camping chairs for our use and gave them to another resident when we left. There are too many knick knacks cluttering up the place. The glass shower enclosure doors are stained with soap scum that is very difficult to clean. Our negative comments are relatively minor and most of the problems easy to fix. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Gorgeous Property in a Great Location

In unit washer/dryer plus a kitchen complete with a wide variety of cooking utensils and appliances were welcome and needed amenities. The condo, as well as the property, were very well maintained. Other great features include a pool and large spa plus 9 BBQ grills with picnic tables for outdoor feasts. The management company and property manager were very helpful, responsive to my needs, and a pleasure to work with. Best of all, this condo is within easy walking distance to the Marina, Ilikai, Hilton Hawaiian Village plus innumerable shops and restaurants.
