The Fairway Villa is a repeat guest favorite, known for its fabulous rooftop recreation deck (completely renovated in 2022!) that features a pool, BBQ area, fire pit, lounge chairs, men's and women's sauna rooms, and breathtaking 360-degree views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

It is close to shopping and Waikiki Market is at the end of the block.Our property manager James was awesome as usual! The rooftop renovations are completed and it is amazing...brand new bbq's and all. Overall a great month, with no complaints!
