The Fairway Villa is a repeat guest favorite, known for its fabulous rooftop recreation deck (completely renovated in 2022!) that features a pool, BBQ area, fire pit, lounge chairs, men's and women's sauna rooms, and breathtaking 360-degree views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Captain Cook management company and in particular our property manager James Wickard, go above and beyond. The unit was perfect for our needs, was well furnished and modern in design. It was very clean. The condo building is very well kept and amenities are plentiful. We have reserved the condo in 2026.

Views and Breezes are Increadible
Austin, United States, August 3, 2025 Stayed for 31 days in May 2025Fairway Villa #2418 had spectacular views of Punchbowl, the Ala Wai Canal, and Mano Mountains all day long. The fresh cross breeze you get in this corner unit was so beautiful and kept the condo pleasant. The noise from Ala Wai Blvd was not distracting. The garage space was a big plus with convenient and safe access to the building from the garage. The unit was a perfect size and well supplied. It was clean, updated, and we had everything we needed to have a great extended vacation, including a washer/dryer in the unit. The building's 24hr security and nice area of Waikiki were extra unexpected bonus. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back to Fairway Villa #2418.

wonderful views, clean condo

this is a great condo to start your Hawaii trip. Centrally located, clean and phantastic views are guaranteed. The condo is breezy due to the corner position, on most days you didn ́t need to turn on the AC therefore. The beach chairs were a good add-on, parking right in the groundfloor ́s very comfy (but you need to walk outside to get to your condo, no lift in that floor).

A month at Fairway Villa

James Wickard was very responsive to any need we had. The building itself had some maintenance issues beyond the control of Captain Cook, and James always let us know how the these issues would impact our stay. We enjoyed the unit and location and the service so much we are returning in 2025 for a month to the same unit.
