A spacious 151-sq-ft private lanai gives you room to relax outdoors, while in-unit laundry, A/C, FREE parking, and a full kitchen make everyday living easy. With shopping, dining, and entertainment close by, this comfortable 1-bedroom retreat is an appealing choice for a longer Waikiki stay. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 small children.
Fairway Villa is a repeat-guest favorite, especially for its rooftop recreation deck, renovated in 2022, with a pool, saunas, BBQ grills, fire pit, lounge seating, and sweeping 360-degree views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the Pacific Ocean.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Fairway Villa is undergoing a building-wide lanai railing replacement and concrete repair project beginning November 9, 2026. Work affecting this unit is currently scheduled for June 24–October 7, 2027, during which time the lanai will be closed and inaccessible. Construction may cause significant noise, dust, and vibrations, including drilling, grinding, and concrete chipping. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (noisy work typically 8:30 AM–4:00 PM), excluding holidays. Workers may be visible outside unit windows, and guests may experience construction noise even outside the dates scheduled for this unit. All dates are subject to change.

Because these activities are outside our control, we cannot be responsible for availability, closures, noise, or other temporary disruptions involving areas outside the individual condo unit.
CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in is guaranteed by 5PM.
No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including on the lanai or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.

It was well furnished, well equipped and very neat and clean. We find the location off Kuhio great for getting around. Captain Cook property manager James is so helpful and always available. Views and Breezes are Increadible
Austin, United States, August 2, 2025 Stayed for 31 days in May 2025Fairway Villa #2418 had spectacular views of Punchbowl, the Ala Wai Canal, and Mano Mountains all day long. The fresh cross breeze you get in this corner unit was so beautiful and kept the condo pleasant. The noise from Ala Wai Blvd was not distracting. The garage space was a big plus with convenient and safe access to the building from the garage. The unit was a perfect size and well supplied. It was clean, updated, and we had everything we needed to have a great extended vacation, including a washer/dryer in the unit. The building's 24hr security and nice area of Waikiki were extra unexpected bonus. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back to Fairway Villa #2418.

wonderful views, clean condo

this is a great condo to start your Hawaii trip. Centrally located, clean and phantastic views are guaranteed. The condo is breezy due to the corner position, on most days you didn ́t need to turn on the AC therefore. The beach chairs were a good add-on, parking right in the groundfloor ́s very comfy (but you need to walk outside to get to your condo, no lift in that floor).

A month at Fairway Villa

James Wickard was very responsive to any need we had. The building itself had some maintenance issues beyond the control of Captain Cook, and James always let us know how the these issues would impact our stay.
