No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Only one issue was that AC located rihgt next to bed so that cool wind from AC hits me directly..prefer AC installed at upper area in room.

September 2018 Stayed for 6 days in August, 2018We had our vacation rental planned during Hurricane Lane, and day in and day out, Captain cook’s staff was very calm and informative. They displayed excellent customer service, and were very friendly and genuine; I can tell we were in good hands. The rental was in the perfect location—center of everything in Waikiki—exactly as pictured and described. Their staff even called during our stay to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We wound up extending our stay for one night, and they even accommodated a late check out (8:30pm) with no added fees! WOW! We’re keeping them on our list of contacts when we vacation in Oahu again.

Perfect vacation thanks to this accomodation!
Seoul Korea, Republic of, 10. September 2018 Stayed for 4 days in September, 2018This is the best choice to make my vacation perfect in waikiki! Room condition is soooo good and looks very new. Interior is also nice. The view is wonderful! It is definitely Panorama view which means i can see the canal, diamond head, and even the ocean! The villa is super safe and designated parking lot is very comfortable. Lastely, james who is a guest service agenct was so nice and kind.
