Location Location Location
Gladys M. from Chula Vista United States, 24. April 2022 Stayed for 30 days in August, 2021My cousin and I stayed 1 month, while we worked remotely. Upon request, Property Management provided a folding table (use use for work), chair, and extra pillows.
Security downstairs. Great location (quiet enough but close to everything), 5 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to many restaurants and shopping. Great view! The washer/dryer inside the unit and included parking spot made our trip even more convenient. We worked remotely from the unit, so Wifi was fast enough. I would stay here again.
The only downside was, one night I forgot my cell phone in the unit (the door passcode was saved in my phone, I didn't have it memorized), so I was locked out of the unit. The security guards downstairs were very helpful in trying to help me get a hold of Property Management (they made multiple phone calls to the Property Management), but nobody got back to me until the following morning. I waited in the lobby overnight (gladly, there were couches).
I would stay here again, however, my suggestion is to memorize your door passcode or save it somewhere else other than your phone. I would also suggest for property management to have the emergency contact keep their phone on overnight in case something like this happens again in the future.

We are surprised and sincerely apologize that the lobby security could not reach your property manager, they may have been calling our man office which may have been closed. Your Property manager is on call for you 24/7 and Lockouts are an easy fix as we can open the door remoteley with our keyless lock system. I will pass your feedback onto the team, and we look forward to your next visit!

Renovations everywhere

The place has everything we need plus a beautiful view and free parking . Something was going on with the shower and we called James and he walked us through it . The temperature regulator didn’t get fix but all and all James responded whenever we needed him . It was an also vacation . Will stay here again , hopefully no renovations in the elevators and lobby .

Perfect Little Oasis in Waikiki

I stayed for a month and worked remotely - the wifi was fast and reliable and the dining table made for a nice desk area. The balcony feels private with amazing open views of the mountain, volcano and you can see the ocean to the south. The kitchen, laundry and bathroom were very nice. The bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the surf shop to rent a board and surf at waikiki beach. It was fun staying right in Waikiki, you can walk to everything, biki bike or easily bus to different surrounding areas. Easy check-in, parking space if you rent a car. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice Updated Condo in Central Waikiki
Town of Plympton Wyoming Canada, 23. February 2020 Stayed for 9 days in February, 2020Villa #2511 was a great condo for the two of us. Updated, clean and great views from the lanai. The walk to the closest beach is about 5 minutes but don’t waste your time going to this crowded small beach. Many other options out there. The condo was central to dining, shopping and beaches so put on your walking shoes and venture out to see the sights. Nice new washer and dryer in unit too that came in extremely handy and enough paper type products to last out 10 days. We did rent a car but only used it to & from airport, Pearl Harbour and to view the northern part of island including Polynesian Cultural Centre and twice to get a few groceries at Safeway which is about a 7 minute drive. Enjoy your stay here. It has everything you need. We did not use the small pool but did venture on rooftop to use the clean BBQ’s, watch sunset (far side closest to beach) and Friday fireworks (other end of rooftop closer to canal)

Great unit and location

Convenient and Stress-Free Stay in Waikiki

The room was incredibly clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki, and is a few-minute walk from major malls and restaurants.
During our stay, the staff were incredibly responsive and accommodating even during the busy Christmas season. For example, our washer unit was beginning to show its age. James and the team immediately looked into fixing or replacing the unit, and we found a brand new unit in our room the next day!

Amazing rental property!

Good location, clean rental

The unit itself was clean and had a great view. James was quick to answer the phone when we arrived and provided ample information about the rental. Stylish Studio with a Great View and Location
Christopher C. from San Diego US, 12. June 2019 Stayed for 4 days in June, 2019The place is very clean and stylish. It comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrella. It was nice to walk to the beach by the Duke statue. Go there in the morning, when it's not too busy.
It's also very, very close to the International Market (and also Royal Hawaiian shopping center), where there are some very good shops and restaurants. Also close to a Starbucks Reserve cafe.
Unfortunately, the Food Pantry close by is now closed. However, you can find some groceries and beer to stock the fridge from the Mitsuwa Japanese market in the International Market.

Location was very very good, very central and safe area in Waikiki. The parking spot was wide enough for our JEEP rental.
