The Fairway Villa is a repeat guest favorite, known for its fabulous rooftop recreation deck (completely renovated in 2022!) that features a pool, BBQ area, fire pit, lounge chairs, men's and women's sauna rooms, and breathtaking 360-degree views of Waikiki, Diamond Head, the Ko'olau Mountains, and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. All this plus an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, activities, and just a leisurely 8-minute stroll to beautiful Waikiki Beach!

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Tustin, US, June 28, 2024 Stayed for 30 days in May 2024Pros: Great location - I walked to the beach daily. Waikiki Market & International Marketplace is a block away. The views from the rooftop pool are amazing. I enjoyed unwinding on the peaceful lanai each evening. Parking and Washer/dryer in unit was priceless! Security Doug is the best. Property Manager James was helpful & responsive.
Cons: The bed is uncomfortable and unstable. The fridge & A/C are loud. Early morning trash collectors & loud neighborhood noises. One of the 3 elevators are down at all times - which meant often waiting 15+ min & being crammed in tightly.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Waikiki is a busy place and can be noisy at times, we apologize for the noise you encountered on the street. We understand that mattress firmness is a personal preference, and we are sorry you didn't find it as comfortable as you would like. This is an excellent location If you want to be near beaches, restaurants, bus stops, shopping, We understand how frustrating it may be when things don't go as planned and we apologize for any inconveniences .
