No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Fabulous Vacation

The condo is well equipped and the view over De Russy Park is magnificent. We'll situated for easy access to beach, bus shopping etc.

Location and view and great AC!
Austin, United States, October 2, 2024 Stayed for 38 days in August 2024This condo was in a great location and the view of the ocean, while it is between the two towers of the Ritz is still very nice. The AC worked very well and the assigned parking on the 3rd floor was easy. We also thought the condo was spacious enough to move around without feeling 'tight' or small. The pool was very nice (slightly heated from AC exhaust!) but there is really not much shade at the immediate pool area. The carpet is obviously worn in some places. Management was very responsive to a couple of requests we had (broken vacuum immediately replaced with new). Nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Would suggest cookware be replaced, some warped saucepans and peeling saucepans. Has a nice book lending area on 2nd floor. We had a really nice stay and would recommend.

It is really comfortable and well equipped. Captain Cook staff are expert and experienced, we have had any problems speedily resolved which is why we are very satisfied with them. We have already made a reservation for next year and looking forward to return to the beautiful beaches, parks and shopping all so easily accessible.

Nice and comfortable apartment

The apartment is exactly as pictured and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the central air conditioning was quiet and worked well, the WIFI was fast and consistent, and the kitchen had all the needed equipment. Communication with the management was great, and checkin and checkout was easy, and I was able to checkin a little early without a problem. The only negatives I could say is the kitchen could be updated, and the living room drapes could as well. Overall, I felt very comfortable and safe and would be happy to stay there again and would recommend it.

Fabulous Location for a Great Vacation

Noisy in early morning with the garbage trucks, later with the construction going on across the street. Busy street - only three streets in Waikiki so you will get traffic. Convenient location. Very responsive property manager - A/C thermostat stopped working, Paul was there in 10 minutes and was able to replace it. Will comment that the carpet could be replaced as the humidity in Hawaii causes carpet to feel damp and sticky.
