Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with only large sliding doors separating the bedroom from the living room.
Bookings of 5+ nights, and bookings of any length that are back-to-back with an existing reservation, receive preferential nightly pricing. Last-Minute booking discounts up to 15% off. No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Great location- but pool close too early
Courtice CA, 17. May 2023 Stayed for 6 days in April, 2023Simple, clean property that is walkable to shops and beach.
Condo is very minimally stocked plates, cups and coffee maker. This os not a condo you can prepare meals- no cutting board, no chopping knives etc. condo is well stocked with towels and beach supply. Parking is great and very needed as the area is very busy.
The biggest disappointment is the two pools which are closed by 7 pm so after a day of site seeing or hiking you cannot return to the condo and have a swim or soak in the hot tub.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate

We didn’t have an ocean view but that didn’t bother us at all.
Unfortunately- and nothing to do with the rental, we washed and we’re drying our bedding and towels in the laundry room and our stuff was stolen - that we going hard to believe but Paul had them immediately replaced - very grateful.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate

4 Night Stay
San Leandro US, 31. March 2022 Stayed for 4 days in March, 2022Location was good, parking with the unit is a plus. Unfortunately no gym access. There needs to be more utensils and plates and cooking pans..but fortunately a short stay for us. With no dish dryer, laying the dish rack against an open can of paint, was not pleasant, suffice to say we didn't use it. Good location, but obvious heavy rental use.

Ilikai Condo Review

Surprisingly quiet for its location, and very close to everything you need! Only suggestion would be to include more kitchen amenities, it did not have a lot stocked if you plan to eat and stay there an extended amount of time. Amika was our property manager and was amazing! She was extremely attentive to our needs and made our transition from the mainland seamless.
