The beautiful marina and ocean views from this contemporary 20th floor studio at the Ilikai, made famous in the opening credits of the original Hawaii Five-O, will remind you that you're on vacation in one of the most beautiful places on earth! 4-person max.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Major exterior painting and spalling repair project Jul 28, 2025–Jul 20, 2027 with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai will be closed Nov 20, 2026–Apr 13, 2027, accessible daily from 5pm once work is finished for the day. (Dates subject to change without notice due to weather and unexpected delays.)
There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property, and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to Waikiki's many other shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Twenty minute walk to the main part of Waikiki. Otherwise great. If you are driving, use the U-turn lanes in and from this location.

Was a little nervous about being on the 20th floor because of the elevators,but no problem they were fast.Everything in the room is very nice. The only thing I could think of that they could do is update the beach chairs but that was no big deal. The views were amazing.The parking pass make life a lot simpler not having to worry about parking.

Great location and view
Los Gatos, United States, June 1, 2025 Stayed for 4 days in May 2025The reservation, communications with property managers, logistics were all amazing. Very smooth, very well managed, responsive, helpful, and nice. Truly couldn't ask for more.
The room itself is a nice size, party of two had plenty of room and not climbing over each other to get around. The furnishings are fine, they are showing some age (carpet, sofa pillows), we noticed but it wasn't bothersome.

Relaxing, Quiet, excellent view
Kansas City, United States, August 13, 2024 Stayed for 5 days in July 2024This 20th story condo was just what I was looking for! Had beach chairs and umbrella we used on the beach below. Has snorkel equipment so we didn’t even have to rent gear to snorkel! I loved sitting in the balcony watching the ocean, harbor, birds, clouds... and even rainbows a few times. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed, bathroom was decent sized, even has a bidet toilet. Water pressure was good, got hot water fast. I would definitely stay here again! I loved that it came with its own reserved parking spot!

Solo trip to Oahu

Had perfect views to watch all of the airport and marina traffic, and the sunsets in the evening were stunning. There was a minor hiccup with the parking pass when in first arrived, but it was quickly resolved and worked perfectly for the rest of my time there. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great little unit close to Waikiki, but still a little removed from all of the action.

There's no blanket

One of our best vacation rentals EVER!!

Two things about the condo that were not issues but a bit of an annoyance for our Three week stay. 1 there was no dresser or storage that accommodated all our cloths for that length of stay. 2 ... the sliding wheels on the door to the lanai were worn out and opening the door was a two person job whenever we went out to enjoy the beautiful view. These to inconveniences were not an issue for us and our overall enjoyment of the facility but we feel that in a review it may be an issue for others looking at this rental. Overall we can not say enough good things about the property or the accommodating management. We travel to Hawaii twice a year and will definitely be reserving this property from now on when we travel there if it is available.

Great View, Great Location, Everything We Needed

The outdoor added living space on the lanai was spectacular. We spent the predominance of our time in the lanai.
Because we have special dietary issues we cooked almost every meal at the condo. We had everything we needed.

Wonderful View with Everything you Need

Enjoyed sunsets on the balcony. The kitchen could be better organized but it had all of the basics. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had all the supplies you might want for the beach. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best and the handle was definitely dated but it was sufficient for our stay. AC worked very well. All in all, a great place to stay, but they could do a few minor upgrades to the bathroom and kitchen and make it an even better place.

Illicit is the best

The location is central to everything and we loved the pool. There is fun entertainment on the weekend and the firework on Friday night are awesome. This a home away from home.

Fabulous Ilikai Apartment
