This special "developer's unit" features an oversized lanai, conveniently located just steps away from the wading pool, and it's all just a quick 4-minute stroll to the beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon and award-winning Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park. Featuring a King bed and Queen-size sleeper sofa, this rental sleeps up to 4 and is perfect for couples or small families.

There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property, and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to many other exciting shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues in both Waikiki and Ala Moana.

**Please note that Beach/Pool Towels are NOT included in this rental, only bath towels. You will need to bring or purchase your own as necessary.**

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including on the lanai or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

    I personally don't like waiting for elevators, this was the number one reason we chose this unit.
    But additionally, having a clean room, a full kitchen, good a/c unit, great shower pressure, excellent bedding and more. We'd stay here again.
    I forgot to mention, the location was fabulous.

    Very comfortable accommodations. Great location and so nice to have a full kitchen. Access to the pool area, with lots of seating choices, is right around the corner. Parking space worked out well and the response from the manager was excellent.

    I continue to be impressed by CCR. Hanna took excellent care of me including when I texted her at 11pm. Loved everything about the unit including the fact that it's so easy to get to (using the stairs). As a former local boy, the Ilikai is well known, location is great and staff too. CCR is my new go-to company when I go home to Hawaii. Mahalo Hanna (and Paul from my last visit 2 mom prior) for your responsive and great disposition. See you all next time!
