Modern Waikiki suite, fully remodeled in 2025, with an oversized 120-sqft private lanai and beautiful marina and ocean views. Highlights include a RARE and convenient in-unit washer/dryer and FREE on-site self parking for 1 vehicle. Enjoy your Hawaiian vacation at the Ilikai, the iconic destination made famous by Hawaii Five-O. Perfect for couples and small families! 4-person max.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Major exterior painting and spalling repair project Jul 28, 2025–Jul 20, 2027 with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai will be closed Nov 20, 2026–Apr 13, 2027, accessible daily from 5pm once work is finished for the day. (Dates subject to change without notice due to weather and unexpected delays.)

There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property, and it's an easy walk, trolley, or taxi ride to Waikiki's many other shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including on the lanai and in any of the building's public spaces). Violations subject to $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.

    This was our third stay at the Ilikai and our favorite unit so far. Newly remodeled and very clean. Lighting was great and having the smart TVs and washer and dryer was fantastic. The parking spot for our rental car was a real bonus. The hotel restaurants and happy hours are fantastic also! Communication from the property management firm was excellent as well with clear instructions and details provided in advance.

    Had a great stay at IIikai. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to a lot of attractions and restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the restaurants onsite as well. Lots of amenities with shops and such. The free parking was a bonus as well since pay parking in the area would have been expensive and added to trip expense. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend IIikai if you are looking for a place to stay near downtown Honolulu.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything that we needed. It had been recently renovated and looked quite was clean, and the owner responded immediately when contacted. It is in a great location, and was quiet.

    The rental unit was spotless. It was perfect for our vacation. The parking space and in unit washer and dryer was a definite plus. The location at the beginning of Waikiki is also a plus! Easy access to Ala Moana shopping center.

    I had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and well-equipped 1-bedroom condo at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd #439. It truly has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

    From the moment you step inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches, like a spacious entry closet with plenty of hangers to keep things organized. The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric stove, coffee maker, mixer, pots, pans, and all necessary utensils—though a few more small pots would have been a nice addition.

    The bedroom is cleverly separated by a wall with two sliding doors, offering privacy while maintaining an open and airy feel. In the living room, the large, comfortable sofa easily transforms into an extra bed. There’s plenty of natural light during the day and warm lighting in the evenings, creating a cozy atmosphere.

    One of the highlights is the spacious balcony, complete with a charming little table—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The city and marina views are absolutely stunning!

    While the condo is not the quietest spot—especially on Friday nights when you can hear music, laughter, and the lively sounds of the city—it adds to the vibrant, energetic atmosphere of Waikiki. And if you love the sound of birds in the morning, you’ll appreciate the natural soundtrack of paradise.

    Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Honolulu. I’d definitely come back!
