There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to many other exciting shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with only large sliding doors separating the bedroom from the living room.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking or Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

was good, could use a face-lift, a little dated but was adequate for what we needed. Kitchen was good, could use some good knives, especially sharp and maybe some basics like salt and pepper maybe tea.
The Lanai was nice, and could get loud with the echoing that happens when motorcycles or sirens go by.

It was the best check in process. I ever dealt with didn’t have to speak with nobody at the front desk. I was given the permissions to enter with code in the vacation started. It’s less than five minutes to the beach and the best thing is they provided a cart for all our beach necessities perfect accessory to my vacation. I will definitely look this place up again for future Waikiki vacation.

For the most part is was perfect!
The only issue was after the 2nd day we had NO hot water to shower. They did give us access to other rooms every night to shower but it was still a pain.
