A convenient city-view home base in the heart of Waikiki, this 6th-floor Ilikai condo gives you the space and flexibility to settle in between beach days and island adventures. With a full kitchen, whisper-quiet split A/C, a private lanai, FREE Wi-Fi, and room for up to 4 guests, it’s a comfortable choice for couples, families, or friends exploring Oahu.
The iconic Ilikai puts you close to everything while keeping the waterfront just minutes away. Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon are about a 4-minute walk via the beach access walkway, while Ala Moana Center and Ala Moana Beach Park are approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot. Shops, restaurants, and other conveniences are also located right on property.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: A major exterior painting and spalling repair project is scheduled from July 2025 through April 2027, with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. Dates are subject to change without notice due to weather or unexpected delays.
PLEASE NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into an open-concept layout with large sliding doors separating the sleeping area from the living room.

Please note that condominium buildings are managed by their respective owners’ associations, which may occasionally schedule repairs or routine maintenance affecting shared areas or amenities such as pools, elevators, parking areas, lobbies, or building exteriors including lanais. Because these activities are outside our control, we cannot be responsible for availability, closures, noise, or other temporary disruptions involving areas outside the individual condo unit.
CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
To guarantee an early check-in, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, check-in is guaranteed by 5PM.
No pets, no parties, and no smoking/vaping (including on the lanai or in the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal and damage repair/replacement.

was good, could use a face-lift, a little dated but was adequate for what we needed. Kitchen was good, could use some good knives, especially sharp and maybe some basics like salt and pepper maybe tea.
The Lanai was nice, and could get loud with the echoing that happens when motorcycles or sirens go by.

It was the best check in process. I ever dealt with didn’t have to speak with nobody at the front desk. I was given the permissions to enter with code in the vacation started. It’s less than five minutes to the beach and the best thing is they provided a cart for all our beach necessities perfect accessory to my vacation. I will definitely look this place up again for future Waikiki vacation.

Great location and heated pool

For the most part is was perfect!
The only issue was after the 2nd day we had NO hot water to shower. They did give us access to other rooms every night to shower but it was still a pain.
