Enjoy your morning coffee or a cool beverage from the 6th-floor ocean view lanai! 4-person max.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Major exterior painting and spalling repair project Jul 28, 2025–Jul 20, 2027 with construction noise daily from 8am–5pm. This unit's lanai will be closed Feb 21, 2026–Jun 29, 2026, accessible daily from 5pm once work is finished for the day. (Dates subject to change without notice due to weather and unexpected delays.)
There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property, and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to Waikiki's many other shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Wonderful vacation property for our family
Julie A. from Surrey, CA, August 5, 2025 Stayed for 12 days in July 2025The rental unit was very comfortable and so close to everything we needed. The beach just past the lagoon had turtles and lots of cool fish to see while snorkeling and the Friday night fireworks were awesome. We loved Dave's

Beautiful unit

Close to the lagoon, Waikiki beach, and Ala Moana center. The resort has a free 2hr Hula show on Fridays. Many shops in the lobby. Kids especially loved Dave's Ice Cream. I had great and very friendly communication with the host and was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Kailua-Kona, United States, May 27, 2024 Stayed for 5 days in May 2024In general, I loved the room. However, the floor was dirty, so I used the vacuum to clean the floor. There were no directions of how to use the TV. After about 30 minutes, I gave up. The lanai needs to have the bird **** removed and be cleaned up a bit. OOPs, I forgot about the luau at the next property. Very loud.
