Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!
NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

Great Unit with Exceptional View
Waianae US, 01. August 2022 Stayed for 3 days in July, 2022The vacation rental was exactly how it was described. 10 out of 10 would return. We had such a nice time.
Pros: VIEW, VIEW, VIEW!!Unit Property Manager (Paul was highly responsive, kind, and helpful), parking was easy, building was clean and well taken care of.
Cons (which are seriously all very minor things): The microwave was a little wobbly from missing one "leg" but it worked otherwise, a/c unit was really loud (but it did not bother us one bit), there was only one extra pillow case but two extra pillows for the sofa bed (we just wrapped a sheet around it, again no biggie), close to beach and shopping, clean. We knew that if there was anything seriously wrong, Paul would attend to it immediately but all the issues we had were so minor it did not need fixing.Response from Captain Cook Real Estate

Good location, more cleaning and maintenance needed
Irving United States, 19. March 2022 Stayed for 5 days in February, 2022Ilikai #724 is conveniently located a block away from the beach and the marine harbor. We appreciated that we were able to use the lanai each morning and not be overwhelmed by the sounds of a busy street since it faced the back of another hotel and back roads, not the main streets. The only thing we didn't like about the location is that the elevators take a long time since they are shared with the hotel side of Ilikai and there is no direct elevator from the parking garage to room - you have to take 2 separate elevators to get back to the room. The parking spot was a nice addition though. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shades were great to get a full night's rest. We also like the keyless entry so that we never had to worry about finding/losing keys. Two things we noticed could use improvement - the AC could use some maintenance (the change filter sign was on during most of our stay) and the part of the AC that directs airflow only points down. The other thing for improvement is general cleanliness of the place. We found an opened bag of Doritos and several dishes still had pieces of food on them. Unfortunately, we had to kill a cockroach during our stay as well. Ilikai is an older building, but with some additional maintenance and cleaning (and even access to the elevators that go directly from the garage to the condos), the place would be greatly improved.

Great place to stay for a couple
El Cerrito United States, 10. March 2022 Stayed for 5 days in March, 2022The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has most of the needed basic cooking supplies & full refrigerator. Bathroom has a bidet! Bed was comfortable. View looks out over pool and ocean. Saw three whales. Can't see the actual sunset, but the sky was gorgeous. Pool was very nice. Easy walking to restaurants, but away from the intensity of downtown Waikiki. Noisy but that's Waikiki. Parking was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. The TV was also confusing but eventually we got it. Couldn't figure out how to operate the fan. AC worked so we were fine. All in all, this was a great place to stay for our first Waikiki experience.

We had a very comfortable stay. The parking spot is always a bonus. We noticed that the air conditioner requires service, no cold air. Not a problem we prefer fresh air.

Love Ilikai 724!!
Scottsburg US, 17. October 2021 Stayed for 6 days in October, 2021We stayed six nights at the resort. Arrived late and found the room wasn't cleaned. After a plan B in another condo, we got into 724 by noon on the first full day on island. Room was clean, well-appointed, and the view was killer. The property is older, however, and we dealt with a leaking kitchen across the hall and a noisy remodel above us. Minor inconveniences compared to the price and location.

Great view and location!

Room was so clean!
United States, 15. August 2019 Stayed for 3 days in August, 2019This room is very clean and bright! And have all things that we need for cooking.
The location was perfect to go to the ocean and Hilton lagoon and there are 2 swimming pools which my kids loved to swim.
Paul manager was so kind, friendly and very helpful.

Great Condo!
Calgary Canada, 22. April 2019 Stayed for 8 days in April, 2019We stayed here for just over a week and had an amazing time. The location is excellent! It is within walking distance to the heart of Waikiki to the east, and Ala Moana park and shopping centre to the west. The unit itself was very clean and newly renovated. It is located in the Ilikai, the top floors of which are still an active hotel. Therefore, the building is well maintained and we were able to store our luggage with the concierge as we had several hours between check out and our flight. The included parking spot was also a great bonus if you plan on renting a car. The spot is a bit tight, but after getting used to it we had no problems parking our midsized sedan(backup cam helped). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit!

So glad we rented a compact car! The condo location is excellent. We especially enjoyed super easy access to the lagoon for swimming and fireworks. The traffic noise could be a distraction if you're not used to city living.
