Woke up every morning to waves crashing and coffee on the cozy patio. Conveniently located to shopping and a very short walk to the beaches. King bed is super comfortable and the queen sleeper was accommodating. Kitchen is fully stocked for almost any need. Beach chairs and towels were appreciated. The only suggestion is to have more kitchen towels (we only found one) and we couldn't find any hot pads for the oven (we used a towel). Laundry and trash/recycle were very convenient as well.

Monterey, US, May 19, 2024 Stayed for 4 days in May 2024Ilikai Marina #1480 suited our needs perfectly.The location is close enough to downtown yet far enough to avoid the crowds.We could walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center and beach as well as Waikiki.The condo views are amazing.The unit was very efficient and comfortable.We appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided by the mgmt company.The furnishings and walls show a bit of wear and tear over the years but were fine for us.The main downfall was the tiny deck.Too small to sit outside to enjoy the views but having the corner windows made up for it.

Beautiful, clean and a priceless view

The location is our favorite on Oahu where we have spent over 40 mini vacations. Watching the sunset on the beach, a walk around the lagoon, and so many shopping venues within walking distance has made renting a car unnecessary. The bus is a hou e for farther distances. For our next Waikiki vacation we will request this unit.

The parking was a little confusing when to get a parking pass, you have to just pay when you leave instead of getting a daily pass at the kiosk as they instruct. Overall the management company was very helpful and responsive!

Great place in a great location

It was close to a lot of things and within walking distance to the mall, beach and different stores and dining. The rental itself if give it a 12 out of 10. It was great. A great stay!
Caroline R. from Fair Oaks, United States, October 8, 2022 Stayed for 7 days in September 2022We really liked this condo. Everything was as pictured, unit was clean. Carpeting is showing its age but wasn't an issue for us.
We like staying in this area of HNL, close enough to - but also far away enough from - Waikiki. Also walkable to Ala Moana Center and many bus lines.
Friends stayed on the 8th floor and said that the music from the bar/restaurant was pretty loud at night. We could hear it, but it wasn't disruptive on the 14th floor.
Parking was paid separately (which we knew in advance). Used the laundry facilities (payment by credit card or cell phone); discovered that there were even laundry pods in our unit - mahalo!
At the end of the stay, we discovered that the 7th floor garage was handy for loading our luggage for departure.
Management company was excellent to deal with - very responsive and accommodating, as we had to reschedule this stay numerous times due to covid. No issues during our stay.
Only recommendation - probably for the building itself - is to update the windows to double-paned. The afternoon sun thru single-paned widows was intense. Thank goodness for A/C! (Would also help with sound-proofing.)

RICHMOND, United States, May 21, 2022 Stayed for 7 days in May 2022This unit covered most points- great location near beach and lagoon as well as eating and shopping. The view is a great plus with the marina and nearby lagoon which is only minutes away by foot. I give this unit a 4 out of 5 due to some spots on the carpet that required steam cleaning.The property manager was very helpful with any concerns that I had and was only 10 minutes away. I would definetly recommend this unit while in Hawaii.

Great place, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant downstairs, and easy walk to the beach and Magic Island. Everything was as described, no complaints at all. The lanai is tiny - no room for chairs, just a place to stand. The view is everything shown and more. Management was great, but we didn't ask for much.
