Check out this beautifully furnished contemporary 11th floor studio in the heart of Waikiki, complete with resort-style kitchenette, comfortable King size bed, A/C, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and 1 free onsite parking space. Building amenities include laundry facilities on each floor and a small pool. This budget-friendly condo is perfect for your Hawaiian vacation or remote work situation! 2-person max.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Beginning October 27, 2025, Marine Surf will undergo a major exterior concrete repair and painting project. Expected to last approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting). For the duration of the project: (1) The pool will be closed, (2) Construction noise expected Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm, (3) Unit lanai will be closed and unavailable for use February 2–May 1, 2026. (Exact construction dates subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 20% rent discount/refund will be applied at Check-Out for applicable days of stay affected by lanai closure.)

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Perfect Waikiki Stay – Great Location and True Comfort

Our stay in Waikiki was amazing! The location of this Airbnb couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed morning walks by the ocean and evening dinners nearby, all within minutes from the apartment. It was so convenient and made our trip stress-free.
The apartment was even nicer than the photos. Clean, bright, and decorated with a modern Hawaiian style that made us feel the aloha spirit every day. The balcony was one of our favorite spots — we had breakfast there every morning, enjoying the ocean breeze and city view.
The kitchen had everything we needed, from cookware to seasonings, so we could easily prepare light meals. The bedroom was cozy and quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. After long days of swimming and sightseeing, it felt wonderful to come back and relax. The bathroom was spotless, with fluffy towels and good-quality toiletries. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient for beach clothes.
The building was also great — clean, safe, and with good facilities like a pool and gym. Everything was easy to use and well maintained.
The host was fantastic: friendly, professional, and quick to reply to any message. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure everything went perfectly during our stay.
This place truly felt like a home away from home. It offered the excitement of Waikiki with the comfort and privacy we wanted. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu — couples, families, or solo travelers. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we come to Hawaii.

Great Place

Has a reserved parking spot "its tight at times" but a must have if you are staying in Waikiki and renting a car. A/C kept it cool enough, bed is large and we did use the light-weight beach chair and umbrella on our beach trips. Only small complaint is the smoke detector is way to sensitive. We tried placing it by the TV which didn't work so we put in on the patio each time we showered. It doesn't matter if you close the bathroom door or not, its going to go off. Easy check in/out, walking distance to shops and the beach. Amazing stay!

Excellent location, clean & well appointed older apartment

Apartment has comfortable large king size bed, good air con, nicely furnished with everything you need. Kitchen & bathroom cabinetry is very dated but not a major problem. Also, smoke alarm goes off from shower steam if the door is open. We enjoyed our stay & would happily stay here again. Property manager was excellent and the property was very clean and tidy.

Two things is little bit bitter experiences.
- Elevetor between 10 to 11, I hard to get the space (looks one car is only working on this term?)

It was good for the price

Bathroom door super noisy, shower head not very good, It had only one old beach chair that was not much fun to carry to the beach, we left one there that we bought ourselves but it is cheap and will not last long.

James was very helpful and responsive. The condo is a really good size for a studio and near alot of great restaurants. We did find the noise from outside quite disruptive some nights (with the lanai door closed). We have stayed in multiple buildings throughout Waikiki with better soundproofing.

Four nights get away
Redwood city, US, February 7, 2025 Stayed for 4 days in January 2025We stayed just for four nights. The place is just in the middle of everything, a short walk to restaurants, shops, beach. Having a designated parking spot was a big plus! We didn’t cook dinners in the apartment, but enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony. The apartment is quiet is the windows are closed, the AC worked good. We liked our stay!

A great place off the beaten track
Omaha, US, July 16, 2024 Stayed for 5 days in June 2024Excellent little place only two blocks from the main Waikiki strip and close to a lot of restaurants on Kuhio St.
Came with parking spot in garage which was very convenient. Security was good. A little noisy at night but not too bad considering you should be pretty tired from hanging at the beach or shopping or exploring the island.
Would definitely stay again.

It was centrally located. Although it was noisy with the lanai doors open.
I felt very safe in the building because a key was needed to operate the elevator.
The management company was excellent. They quickly replied to any query.

Super convenient place to stay!

The property is big enough for 1 or 2, with pretty much everything you need, even dishwashing detergent and sponge!
Some light bulbs need to be changed and hopefully the shower drain can be faster and screen door is there for lanai- there was a big bug inside one day... but those were not big things compared to the convenience you can enjoy!Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Great place for long term stay
