No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

    We came and stayed here for 9 nights. It was a perfect location with only minutes to the main shopping strip and surrounded by great places to eat. The beach was a very short 10m walk and the property supplied beach bags and towels. The apartment itself was one if the best we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was fully functional with everything you need as if you were at home. We bought fruit to have and even made juices from the leftovers as there was a ninja juicer there. I cannot recommend this home enough. Comfortable bed. And a balcony to dry towels and clothes each day after a swim. Absolutely Perfect.

    Property condition

    We loved this studio, and its location in Waikiki. Everything is close by. Unit was well equipped with all you need for your convenience (having big beach bag, and beach blanket available to use was a nice touch). My husband and I enjoyed morning walks alongside the canal, short walks to the beach and restaurants. It gets a bit noisy at night, but the loud music usually stops at 10 pm. It did not bother us much at all. Nice little lanai was great to have and enjoy morning coffee and breakfast out in a fresh air. We found PAIA fish market - seafood restaurant very close and enjoyed a few meals there. There is also a nice steak house restaurant in the building. Property management was excellent! We would highly recommend this studio to couples.
