Coin-operated laundry facilities on 2nd floor. Although there is no pool at this location, you are just a block from beautiful Waikiki Beach!

Hidden gem
Winnipeg, Canada, October 29, 2025 Stayed for 3 days in October 2025Doesn’t look like much on the outside but rental unit was nice. Moderately renovated, clean and well stocked. Nice little lanai for 2. Very small bathroom that fits one person at a time. Walkable area. Close to main strip of Kalakāua. Would rent again.

Also there was no broom to sweep the sand or even cleaning spray to wipe down the counters. The check-in instructions were very clear but the checkout instructions were vague. They didn’t advise what to do with the towels and sheets.

Great location for entertainment/Waikiki beach
urbandale, US, August 4, 2024 Stayed for 3 days in July 2024Great location for easy walk to all of the restaurants and Waikiki beach. Full view of fireworks set off from Hilton on Friday nights from patio. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach mat provided which was nice for the beach. Free parking in open large lot less than 5 minute walk. Shave Ice at bottom of elevator. Window air conditioner that kept main room nice and cold but back bedroom a little warm but thankfully has a ceiling fan. Definitely hear noise of the city at night in the bedroom, but that is to be expected with the location. Pull-out sofa bed more suitable for younger kids vs our two teenage kids. Shower and bathroom small but fine for us for our short stay. Overall great rental for the price.

Great place to stay for a couple

Kitchen was great for breakfast. Bathroom and shower is small as advertised but works great. Air conditioning kept place cool. I would recommend this place, it is a great place to stay and location. Nice place, great location

Beach Walk is a great location to access many locations in Waikiki, and easy to get to for uber/lyft. The shave ice place at the first floor was a nice suprise. Clean and as advertised. For larger people the shower is small. Everything worked fine and they were very attentive.

It has a small shower so if your a big person I would reconsider. The negative thing was I had to clean some areas. I discussed with the owner and we came to a resolution. Paul was awesome. Affordable downtown Waikiki apartment

Great Location and Wonderful Management

This unit is nice for a short stay but I would recommend asking Captain Cook for advice regarding a unit more equipped for a longer stay like our 30 days. Welland, CA, September 6, 2023 Stayed for 4 days in August 2023This unit was perfect for our family trip to Oahu, Hawaii. Everything was as described in the online description. The unit was clean and quiet. The property managers were extremely helpful. Even though our flight arrived late in the evening they were kind and helpful getting us into our unit. We enjoyed being a few minutes walk from Waikiki Beach as well as all the main tourist shopping malls etc. The shave ice vendor at the ground floor of the building was a great treat. We really appreciated having air conditioning and access to the parking lot which was a short walk from the unit. Overall a great place to stay!

Great Vacation Rental Experience

Great location, price, convenience, parking, etc. Waikiki beach is just next block. Inside the condo is a one bedroom with a sleep sofa. This place is good for 3-4 people(we're family of three). The bathroom specially the shower area is a little small but it serves its purpose. We would definitely come back and rent this place again.

Great Location

Parking is very near in five minutes from this property. This property has not entrance, go to the elevator directly from road. So I did not feel resort mood little bit.

Clean, Comfy and Convenient!

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to Ala Moana, Waikiki and Kapiolani Park! We would gladly return next visit to Honolulu! Property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. Captain Cook properties make it extremely easy to contact airport shuttle service (excellent one) and arrange for excursions if you're interested. Not much of a view, but we never stay in our condo much while traveling anyway, so wasn't any issue for us, especially since we were a short few minutes walk to the beach!
