NEW TO OUR INVENTORY and FULLY RENOVATED! Welcome to your home away from home! This newly remodeled (2021) condo is the perfect launching point to explore all that Waikiki and Oahu have to offer! FREE Wi-Fi and parking at nearby lot. Secured building/elevator. Located in the newly revitalized Waikiki Beach Walk area, you're just steps to great dining, shopping and entertainment, and just 1 block to beautiful Waikiki Beach. This is a COMPACT condo (487-sqft interior + 85-sqft lanai/balcony), best suited for 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults max.

Coin-operated laundry facilities on 2nd floor. Although there is NO POOL at this location, you are just a block from beautiful Waikiki Beach!

YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES:
– FREE parking for 1 vehicle at a nearby lot (~5-minute walk)
– FREE Wi-Fi (60-200 Mbps download; 10 Mbps upload)
– NO Resort Fees!

During our Holiday Season (12/20–1/4) there may be a 7-night minimum. Please check with our Reservation Department for details. 30+ night stays may include a discount (not available in all seasons)!

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

ALL CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS RENTALS INCLUDE:
– Bath towels, Beach towels, Bed linens
– Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker)
– Beach chairs, Hair dryer, Iron/Ironing board
– Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, basic cleaning supplies, and travel size (2 oz.) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion
– NOT PROVIDED: beach umbrellas, beach toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, or bleach. This private vacation rental does NOT include resort services such as daily housekeeping, replenishment of towels or toiletry supplies, or hotel front desk services.

    This property was in a great location, only a block and a half from the beach. Lots of shopping, restaurants and such within walking distance. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) and it is really best for 2 people as the second bed was an uncomfortable pull out couch which we had to set up ourselves when we arrived. There were only 2 chairs on the lanai. Paul was very accessible by phone and we felt very safe in the apartment since a key is needed to get in the elevator and get to our floor. We did not rent a car. The property was clean and my only recommendation is for there to be a beach umbrella for visitors to use. Thanks for having us!

    Vacation rental us perfect for a family with 2 children (4 occupantants). Be prepared to find laundry room & keys to apt. with just guidance by phone. First time, I rented a vacation unit without a person on premisis. $20 for 2 loads of laundry ($.25 for 4 minutes) was much more than what neighboring rentals in other buildings were charging. Overall, it was clean & well stocked to make the most of nearby Waikiki beach. The availability of 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, & sand toys upon arrival made our time@ nearby Waikiki beach more fun. Building does have a noise curfew(9pm- 7am) but city nearby business have their own rules. We were woken up by the return of the building’s dumpster at 3:30am and neighborhood construction. We also experienced a 3hr. Power outage that our floor was not made aware of in advance. Notifications were posted after the fact near elevators on each floor. Thankfully, our family photoshoot was scheduled around sunset, so we were able to shower after power returned at 11am. Great value for the amount we paid, if you can overlook the above. The well stocked kitchen no foil though, also made it easy to prepare meals and the two tv’s was a blessing for our 2 boys. Parking was also included for our jeep rental and conveniently located 1 block over. The close convenience to drugstore,Abc store, & beach outweighed the negative.

    This is an awesome place. The location is very central, and parking is included, which is a huge plus! Everything was so clean, including all the sheets and towels. Paul was helpful during the check-in, and was nice. Check-in was easy with a lock-box system. A few heads up, this is a bustling part of town so you should not expect quiet. We liked it bustling so didn't bother us. Also, the whole place is very compact, again, not an issue for us, but you should know ahead of time. Great stay, wouldn't hesitate to do it again!

    Excelent location and fully updated space. Small but how much space do you need when you want to be outsdie all the time. Management company good. All you need for short or long stay close by.

    Excellent location, security and amenities. The description was exactly accurate, however, it DOES have regular cable TV in both rooms also. Great surprise for the kids! Lahaina Ice is immediately downstairs and luxury car rental place outside. Another 2 great surprises for the kids. Thanks to Amika for her help upon check-in.
