The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like Roy's Waikiki, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Perfect Vacation Location

It is in a fantastic location, walkable to the heart of Waikiki. A huge perk is the parking spot just one block away. Lahaina Ice is next door and serves up the best shaved ice which you can enjoy every day of your stay while taking an easy walk to the beach.
