The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like Roy's Waikiki, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

The location was great and there were nice touches like chairs, a cooler, and snacks left by the host. We were able to walk to all our favorite places in Waikiki which is always a bonus! Parking was close and convenient as well. And we were able to watch the Hilton fireworks from the comfort of the lanai. Thank you!

Great Waikīkī location
birmingham, Unknown, July 10, 2025 Stayed for 9 days in June 2025My husband, myself and our two kids (teen and preteen) stayed here for 9 days. The location is really great. It’s a short walk to the beach and to a number of shopping locations and restaurants. Our eldest loves city life so he really loved the location. The condo itself is well kept and had all the little details to make the stay easy (dish liquid and dish washer tablets, laundry tablets, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, bathroom toiletries and even a bidet! The outdoor area is a nice place to spend some time when not indoors or out and there were enough things to watch on TV when some indoor downtime was needed. There was free WiFi in the room and there is an included parking pass although we didn’t use it. The property manager was wonderful and responded quickly when a couple of our plastic key cards broke. The space was clean and a good size for the four of us but with one bathroom would probably be tricky with more people than that. We did see a few cockroaches but honestly I feel like that is expected in a tropical climate. They were small and not at all abundant. If we were ever to come back to Oahu we would definitely stay here again but I think I’d break the trip into North and South to get away from the city a bit. All in all, the condo was great and so was Captain Cook.

Great place to stay

There is a bus/trolley that you can take to get to the shopping center and other places. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and a few extras like the treats and bathroom accessories.

We knew we would have luck again! The condo was clean, quiet (quiet enough for Honolulu/Waikiki) is in such an excellent location and love that we have a parking lot nearby and spaces in front too. The convenience of the ABC store right next door lent itself to quick trips for necessities. Did I mention that many hotels and restaurants are nearby for a quick cocktail or a long, delicious meal. We can't wait to return- soon! Malaho nui!

Perfect vacation location!

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well and convenient to make some of meals. The patio was a great hang out spot to enjoy our morning coffee. There are plentiful shops and eateries for breakfast lunch and dinner. Beach access is just a small walk away, beach service available with so many rentals . After being on the road you come back to such a beautiful place to relax on the lanai in front. We sat many a night outside watching the hustle and bustle on the streets. Lahaina shaved ice is nearby and you are above 2 restaurants and a souvenir shop if you don’t want to walk to far. The condo itself is super comfortable with everyone having their own space. There is a washer dryer combo on the 2nd floor and you can take the stairs to utilize it. Overall it was just a beautiful convenient place to stay . Highly recommend it to anyone with a small family. Checkin and checkout were so easy as well. Was sad to leave but thankful we choose the right accommodations for our family vacay.

Great base for family holiday

The location is amazing with walking distance to the beach, shopping centers, restaurants, etc. The condo is on the tight side for 4 adults but it's got everything we needed. Great Place on Waikiki in Honolulu

The location is a convenient walk to the beach, and shopping. Our unit also had a parking pass that was a short walk around the corner. The unit was equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. Our teenage kids enjoyed the PlayStation. There were linens available for showering as well as the beach. We did not use the laundry during our short 3 day, 2 night stay, but there are coin machines available. The check in process was easy and the property management staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay and we would return if given the opportunity!

The apartment was clean and tidy enough space for the 5 adults to be comfortable. Everything you could want or need was there plus beach chairs and umbrella. Everything we needed
Half Moon Bay, Unknown, September 25, 2022 Stayed for 4 days in September 2022Great spot for a family. Everything you need including beach equipment, bags for the store, cooler, fully stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach and front row seats to Friday night Hilton fireworks. Quiet and efficient AC as well. Only a slight downgraded on location since the back patio off master bedroom was not too pleasing overlooking an enclosed parking lot and dumpster but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Prime location, cute condo, lovely view

We did not need a rental car for beach days or shopping and dining. The space was cozy but fine for 6 of us. The ABC store downstairs was super convenient and the host was perfectly attentive. I'd stay here again for sure.

Great location, small but worked well

Excellent place for a family with teenagers

I grew up in Hawaii but my parents have moved away so there's no home base for me when I'm back home. The Regency was an excellent option for our family with teenagers - when I took our one car, they could go to the beach, go shopping, go out to dinner, etc. without me and walk. The parking included in the outdoor Hale Koa Hotel parking lot was super accessible and it was always easy to find a spot to park. The condo is clean, pretty spacious for a two bedroom in Waikiki, and the location on the edge of Waikiki is perfect for getting beyond the touristy area to do more "local" activities.

beautiful home for your waikiki stay
Xiya L. from Fort Washington, United States, June 3, 2021 Stayed for 6 days in May 2021My family and i really enjoyed this rental. it has AC which i found out isn’t typical with rentals in hawaii. everything from the appliances to the decor was high end and we had everything we could have needed for our stay! the location is a block from the main street with all of the high end shops and upstairs from restaurants. the free parking was definitely helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great Rental!
