Great Stay at 51 Broadwalk!!!

I would recommend this stay for any one looking to dodge traffic, enjoy walking and everything at your disposal while in Honolulu, HAWAII. Grade A++; my family enjoyed every moment of it. I would love coming again if you don’t mind staying in the same unit, maybe even one day purchasing one.

It’s very close to all Waikiki has to offer - the beach of course - as well as restaurants, shopping, a pretty large park. We enjoyed hanging out on the lanai. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, nice shower.

The unit could stand to have some minor maintenance to door knobs & baseboards - but otherwise we had a great experience, and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Waikiki area!

Unbeatable location

Unit was clean, well-stocked, and ready for us on arrival. Only drawback is that Wi-Fi isn't the greatest, so if you're planning a working vacation (or enjoy streaming), plan to use your hotspot some of the time. We didn't need much from them, but anytime we contacted the property managers, their responses were prompt and thorough.
We loved that the unit included beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, etc. so we could take full advantage of the incredible beach that's a mere few minutes' walk away.

Beachwalk property
San Jose, US, March 1, 2023 Stayed for 4 days in February 2023Vincent, the property manager, is so patient in answering all calls and text inquiries. I asked if there's an available non slid bath mat for my 78 year old Mom in law. He bought it and place in the property at once. The parking is in Fort de Russy, we park in the back where there is a small open gate where people can pass through.Then we walk towards the US post office, cross the street and walk in an alleyway to Hard Rock Cafe. Cross and ABC store is just beside the property. There's Ginza Bairin restaurant and walk a little bit and you will find the best shaved ice for us because of its proximity to Regency on Beachwalk. It's Lahaina Shaved Ice.
Before check out, I gave the recyclables to the Lady in a room across the front desk and she was so appreciative of it.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Great condo in great location
Calgary, Canada, February 15, 2023 Stayed for 7 days in February 2023We were looking for a condo that would sleep 8 people but also be close to everything in Waikiki and Regency on Beachwalk satisfied our requirements. The condo is close to the beach and the hustle of Waikiki. We appreciated the beautiful view from our large lanai. As well the unit had a lot of the items we needed when going to the beach. Plus there was free parking albeit it wasn’t onsite but close by. The unit was clean and it had a lot of supplies we needed. The unit can do some minor improvements including some damaged tiles.

Parking was in a nearby lot and we just used the car for specific activities like Pearl Harbor. The condo was clean and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and peaceful. The kids appreciated the boogie boards. The ABC store down stairs has snacks,toiletries, water and all the basics...There’s a huge ABC around the corner which has small personal pizzas for $6.95 and a variety of sandwiches,sushi,chicken and rice which is reasonably priced! Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this condo.

Very Good Location, Good Property

San Jose, US, June 26, 2021 Stayed for 5 days in June 2021Nice apartment, nice furnishing... few minutes walk to the beach... but be aware the beach close to the apartment has strong waves and lots of rock ... advise people to go towards Hilton village beach for calmer and more sand beaches! The apartment has a great location it’s in the heart of Waikiki with easy access to lots of restaurants and shopping. Grocery shopping in Waikiki is challenging other than the many ABC stores options are limited.

A VERY short walk to the beach but if you want to surf you will have to walk a bit further. No oven in unit. Only reason I gave it a 4 on location is because its about a 15 minute walk to the MAIN Waikiki beach.

We thought the location of the apartment was easier to walk everywhere, FREE parking biggest bonus, considering Hilton was USD$43 per night, we found it easier to get the parking lot and to the beach. Being able to cook a home made meal in the complete kitchen also a super bonus! The apartment fits very comfortably 4 adults. Maybe 1 or 2 kids. The sofa bed not very comfy tho.
Paul our manager was super friendly and very nice to deal with. We never missed not having a pool in the property. We will book again just for the location. Right on the heart of everything. I wish laundry area was 24:7.

Has everything you need for a stay in Waikiki!
DURAL, Australia, March 27, 2019 Stayed for 8 days in March 2019Super happy with our stay. Location was fabulous and the car spot was only a 5 minute walk away. Very small issue was that there really isn't enough lighting in the rooms and I wish we could've got some new towels have way through our stay. The airconditioning stopped working in one of the rooms but with one phone call and guidance from the property manager my husband managed to fix it. We stayed with my parents and baby and it was the perfect amount of room. Great that there's TVs in each bedroom. Wonderful stay we will definitely be back for the price and location. Beach chairs and umbrellas we're a bonus too!

It was a great place to watch the Friday night fireworks in the rain! We stayed with our 3 older teenagers and they loved having a TV in each room and fast Wifi. Really pleasant new looking apartment, very clean with small kitchen unit for making snacks and keeping drinks cold and coffee making. ABC store and 7-eleven just downstairs for supplies. Very close to the beach and shops.

The property was extremely clean, really comfortable and the balcony was nice to sit on and enjoy. It's in an amazing location which is really close to the beach, to the shops on Kalakaua Ave, and to a lot of good food options. The car park was close by and was not a hassle to get to. We'll definitely be back to Regency on Beachwalk next time we are in Waikiki.

Stayed for work
Barry H. from Greensboro, United States, February 6, 2018 Stayed for 11 days in January 2018I was on island to do work for 10 days and we needed a place to stay that was close to restaurants for dinner. Not having been to Oahu before I had to use reviews for my choice. This condo and location couldn’t have been a better choice. Within a 1⁄2 block to the beach and 1⁄2 block to the main street, this was perfect. The condo itself was also great. The rooms a good size, appliances were new and the two balconies were great to relax at night. We are coming back in July for work and will stay here again for sure.

Regency on the Beachwalk hotel
Peter F. from Wasilla, United States, January 25, 2018 Stayed for 11 days in January 2018Very good maintained 2 bedroom condo , with full kitchen, 3 TV’s and two balconies. There had a good time to stay 10 days in this 2- bedroom condo. Description online was accurate. Close to the beach and shopping. One ABC store and 3 restaurants are located on the first floor in the same building. We enjoyed to see fireworks on each Friday evenings at 7:45 pm. Very good and helpful manager Paul. We recommend this rental for everybody. We are family of 6 had a good stay in this rental

Great property and Fun for All

The location is idea and convenient to everything. Our unit was clean and comfortable in every way. We were extremely happy with Unit 51 Regency on Beachwalk and will plan to come back. The large lanai was everybody's favorite spot to hang out. The manager was very helpful. Great location -many restaurants walking distance, also a 7-11 and a drug store.

Wonderful location!
New York, United States, April 20, 2017 Stayed for 5 days in April 2017We had an excellent stay at the apartment that looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. Building manager Paul was very responsive by phone. Location cannot be beat (there is an ABC store literally downstairs and Longs Drugs next door, Starbucks down the street). Parking very convenient. City lights very beautiful at night, the apartment essentially has unobstructed views. Be sure to check out the recently opened Japanese food basement YOKOCHO with many delicious options that is a 5 min walk away. Tonakatsu Ginza Bairin downstairs was also excellent.

The property was in a perfect place to see and experience all that Waikiki had to offer. It was close to shopping and the beach and had many excellent restaurants close by. The registration experience was enhanced as we had a case manager who went over all the condo had to offer and he was available by phone if we had questions. The furniture and updated amenities were spotless and clean. Our experience was topped off with a clear view of the fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian on the Friday night before our departure. We would certainly stay at this property again on our next trip to Honolulu.
