The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes' walk to great restaurants like Roy's Waikiki, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Café, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is no pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Decent stay
Lisa S. from Creston, United States, May 25, 2025 Stayed for 7 days in May 2025We had a decent stay in this rental. We had 3 people and it was a bit too tight. The doors are all opaque, even the sliders that separate the bedroom from the living room (where the 3rd guest slept) making privacy nonexistent. The sleeper sofa is pretty worn out, had to purchase a foam topper from Walmart. Also if you blow the sliders from the bedroom to the living room you have no AC and it gets very warm. Location was nice, we just cut through the Royal Hawaiian hotel to get to a nice area of Waikiki beach.

A great find

Beautiful views in the city
Carl W. from Chandler, United States, September 1, 2024 Stayed for 6 days in August 2024The lanai was by far my favorite spot in the condo,opening the sliding doors, enjoying the breezes, looking towards the ocean at the lush landscape was a treat. The city noises are all around you though did not disturb my sleep. All the essentials are available in this cozy condo which is perfect for 1 or 2 but would be snug for 4 adults. The mid rise building was quiet and the staff friendly and helpful. The beach is so close by, the location can't be beat. For my preference the bed is too firm, I would describe the mattef as a firm inner spring with no pillow top or extra padding. The mattress comfort is always my deciding factor, and despite the other pluses I would not stay here again.

Summer vocation
Eureka, US, August 14, 2024 Stayed for 7 days in July 2024Such a wonderful and amazing summer experience ever. The condo itself is amazing very spacious clean and good size for us. It’s close to everything my kids loved everything especially the walking distance to the beach but let’s no mention the shave ice store right next to the hotel we love it. Such a beautiful place for family getaway at night you enjoy the Waikiki view and the breeze from the fresh air. I can’t wait for next year to come I will definitely rent this place again if it’s available.
