Great location in Waikiki. Property manager was very helpful. Rooms were clean, view from lanai was beautiful. Got to see Friday night fireworks from lanai. Boogie board, snorkel and cooler were great for trip to the beach. Umbrella was missing though; only umbrella stand was in the holder. AC worked great but kitchen fan was not functional. TV in the bedroom took a little figuring out to get it working. Overall, very nice room and location.

We had a great time! It was in a great location if you are wanting to experience Waikiki Beach! Shopping, beach, easy access to activities and neatly tucked between larger, luxury hotels. The staff was professional. We also had a kitchen so we could eat snacks and some meals in the condo!

We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, and the manager was very responsive. The unit is lovely inside, and we appreciated the AC greatly as it was very hot during our stay. The rooms are clean and very up to date with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. We also greatly appreciated the fact that beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards were provided. The beach that was less than a 5 minute walk from our room was fantastic, clean, and my kids had a great time snorkeling. We highly recommend.

We rented two condos at the Regency on Beachwalk for a family of 8. The location of the condo was so convenient (we were willing to pay a little extra because of it). It was a 3 min walk to the beach, with an ABC store, Longs Drugs, 7 Eleven, and many other restaurants all within 5 min walking distance. The unit came with a parking spot, which was super convenient and very close to the Pink Trolley. The condos themselves were clean, comfortable beds, roomy bathroom, and had all the necessities for a Hawaii vacation. We absolutely loved our stay and would do it again!

The apartment is small but nice and the location is perfect. However, as the apartment is surrounded by air conditioning systems there is always some noise, especially during nights. Overall, I found the apartment too expensive, especially in comparison to nearby hotels.

From the start I have been impressed with this listing. We were coming to Hawaii with 4 adults and 1 infant. Mike was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions via email and had a very quick turn around response time, sometimes even same day! Once we arrived we were able to meet up with Paul, the property manager, who met us face to face out front and walked us up to the condo while explaining all of the ins and outs (no boring what to do or not to do paperwork to read, a real person was explaining this to us!!) Paul took his time telling us all the great aspects of the condo from its 2 block walk to the beach or the 1 block walk to the main strip with all the restaurants and shopping. Paul also made himself available to answer any questions or concerns during our stay. The condo itself was amazing, very clean, accommodating for adults and children (we were even able to rent a pack n play so we didn't have to lug ours). Prime location and a parking space provided just a short walking distance away. We loved our say and this condo! 2 sets of coin operated washers and dryers are located in the same building as well as elevators. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the breath taking 6th floor view of the beach. Even though we were not high enough to see the water we were able to watch the sunset every night. There are elevators so no need to worry about stairs. The AC units were amazing and keep the condo extremely cool while we were in it. Full kitchen allowed for meals when we didn't want to go out. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning here again one day. The pictures are accurate and the condo is exactly how it appears online!

Upon arrival, it was easy to reach Paul who greeted us at the property and answered any questions we had. Older building but our suite was thoroughly updated and nicely air-conditioned. Terrific view from front lanai to watch beautiful Waikiki sunsets. Large bedrooms and although initially concerned with previous reviews about a "gap" in the bathroom door, not a big deal at all! Quiet and very safe location, but still within walking distance of the main shopping and dining locations in Waikiki. I recommend the food trucks at end of street for very good ramen and shaved ice @ reasonable prices. Parking spot that comes with the unit was also a bonus. Although we were technically not Outrigger's guests, the front lobby staff was very friendly. My main gripe was paying a $200 "cleaning fee" and still being asked to clean out the fridge + take out the garbage at end of stay.

It's challenging to find reasonable hotel accomodations for a family of 5 (2 adults + 3 kids ages 13, 9, & 1). Opted to do this condo rental for the space & kitchen amenities. So HAPPY that we did! This provided us ample space and sleeping options with the 2 bedrooms and the living room sleeper sofa! We were even provided with a porta-crib for the baby! Condo was tastefully appointed - modern furniture & remodeled bathroom. Location was very convenient to shopping & restaurants on Kalakaua, as well as access to Waikiki Beach. Lanai was great for meals and lounging. LOVED this property! Would definitely stay here again! Paul (property manager) was very friendly and helpful! Thanks again for everything!

Checking in was a simple affair with communication very good with Paul. Sometimes you have doubts about have you booked into the right accommodation whilst looking at the endless choices on the market,well all I can say this ticks the boxes for all you require on a stay in Waikiki. Shops,Restaurants,Bars & of course the Beach all on your doorstep what more do you really want. The Condo is of good standard & has all you require for a pleasant stay ( apart from no scissors, opening your fresh coffee etc) whilst swimming at the beach in front of military museum we encounterd a Turtle just to add a special memory of our visit. The balcony was a great asset, not only to watch the fireworks, but to eat breakfast & evening drinks whilst chilling out. You won't have issues on purchasing food & drinks in this location, with ABC,7eleven, & Longs Drugs stores all within 200metres. Would we stay here again, you better we would Thanks for the memories.

Location fantastic, Cleaning could have been better considering the charge that was added to the rental cost. Did not like that the key cards did not work at night time on the main doors once the doors were closed, Paul the Manager said it was because our cards had probably been put next to our credit cards but this was not the case and by the looks of the cards they had been well used which seemed like they had been de-activated before we got them. It would have been nice if we could have had our problems sorted out by going to the reception area however because the Condo was privately owned we could not use the reception facilities or the swimming pool at the nearby Outrigger Hotel. Overall though we really liked the Condo and we enjoyed being in Walkiki.

Conveniently located next door to an ABC store and around the corner from a 24 hours Longs Drug. On a small round across from food trucks and restaurants, but only a block away from the main attraction and two blocks from the beach. Small (as most condo's are in Waikiki) but smartly laid out plans to create a spacious bathroom and two bedrooms. AC blew cold, windows to the lanai was huge and wide, great for indoor+outdoor living. Parking is offsite the next street over (short cut through the Trumps parking lot). I only have 2 hang ups, which isn't bad but should be noted. Lovely sliding bathroom door BUT a gap opening along the back allowing for sight into the the bathroom window which reflects the shower. And the key card entry is very sensitive, two of our three cards got deactivated (no, we did not leave it with our cell phones or by magnets) by the second day, you can not bother the staff because it's a privately owned property and our property manager was off, so it was a scary two days of wondering if our third card would be deactivated and my party of 6 would have no way of entering or contacting someone for help. Overall, my family had a great stay and would definitely rent the same place again.

Great location close to restaurants, shops and short walk to beach. The balcony was excellent and enjoyed the Friday night firework display. Only disappointment was we thought the apartments had access to a swimming pool which was not the case. Would recommend this property.

It was a pleasant journey in Honolulu in general speaking, especailly for staying in Captain Cook Rental Estate. The location is perfect, just center of living area, very near to 24hrs supermarket, shopping mall, beach and other entertainment areas. The cleaning situation was good when check in, kitchen and furniture condition, as well as service people are good. It is deserve to recommend to friends if they want to travel to Honolulu and want to liver in down town area.

The Condo was comfortable, very clean and updated to rival any top hotel you could stay at, with the Bonus of a large bathroom, plenty of awesome towels, a full kitchen and 2 balconies . Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and the location was convenient to the beach, the strip, and to some very cool food trucks. Hard Rock and Nakamura Ramen literally a 2 minute walk away. There are 2 top rate sushi and 1 zagat italian restaurant located on the first floor of the unit. View out the front Balcony of the city and mountains beautiful.

Loved the air conditioned condo. Was perfect for a family of 4. Short walk to the beach. The only concern I had was the sliding door to the bathroom, which didn't seem to make the restroom as private as I'd like. The door was difficult to close all the way. I'm sure there's room for a regular door.

We stayed at this unit for 5 days with another couple and found it very comfortable. The sliding patio doors and sizable patio really added to the space. The condo was in a great location - only a few blocks from the beach and right around the corner from the main strip of Waikiki with tons of shopping and dinning. The Property Manager was very accommodating and informative when meeting us at the property and recommended a few local restaurants and events happening over the week, which we really appreciated.
