No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Outstanding stay at a clean and scenic gem in Waikiki

The room boasts views of the Ocean and Diamond Head and is very well-kept, clean, and well-lit.
The Lanai area is fantastic, and after a long day playing with the kids at the beach, it's great to unwind, grab a beer or glass of wine and soak in the sun and ocean breezes.

The building is a little on the older side but the unit was clean, updated and had the best views. Location was convenient, we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
