Nice budget option
Waverly, United States, February 21, 2026 Stayed for 3 days in February 2026We were seeking out a budget option for just a few days on Oahu and this worked out well. The parking included was a bonus. The Banyan itself is a little rough in the hallways/common areas and not really an elevated experience so know that ahead of time. The apartment was pretty basic but quiet even considering it was near the elevators. They clearly spent some time and money renovating in the unit- I would say that a review of some deep cleaning (particularly the tub/shower) and touching up paint on baseboards to keep up with the rest of the remodel investment would be a wise idea. The unit also advertised furniture on the lanai - we were looking forward to morning coffee on it. Unfortunately there was no furniture so that detracted from things a bit for us. All in all this was fine for just a few days.

Great relaxing stay
Virginia Beach, US, September 30, 2024 Stayed for 6 days in September 2024My experience with this rental was great. Everything went smoothly. The property was beautiful and well kept. I watched the sunrise every morning with a relaxing cup of coffee on the lanai. The property manager was great, easy to get a hold of, and replies quickly. The only thing is the traffic at certain times (if you're driving), but it's to be expected. Remember to give yourself a little extra time.
