This non-smoking accommodation (which includes lanai), sleeps a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 small children.

30+ night stays may include a discount (not available in all seasons)!

During our Holiday Season (12/20-1/4) there may be a 7-night minimum. Please check with our Reservation Department for details.

FOR SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS, CHECK-IN TIME IS GUARANTEED FOR 5PM.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check out the same day you check in, to guarantee an earlier check-in, you must reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

    Our suite was bright clean and recently renovated. We loved our stay at T1 2311. However the unit needs a good cleaning.

    Captain Cooks Mgmt Co:
    I appreciated CC's thorough communication from first booking through check-in.They provided a detailed, yet simple check-in procedure. Byron, our property manager was very responsive and timely to our questions and actions needed.
    Property:
    The condo was clean and cooled upon arrival. We appreciated the following amenities:
    *Provided a new (in wrapper) kitchen sponge
    *New mini Dawn dishwashing liquid soap
    *Washing machine detergent pods
    *Coffee maker filters
    *Dish drying rack
    *Full sized fridge
    *Hotel sized shampoo/conditioner/lotion
    *A broom was available to sweep up the sand
    *Slept 5 (2 adults + 1 17 yr old man-sized teenager + 2 12 yr old tweens) with comfort.
    *Plenty of hangers in the closet
    *Great location - clean and family oriented Kuhio beach is 2 blocks away with a Starbucks enroute
    *Very nice beach chairs available for use
    *Power strip in bedroom for everyone's electronics
    *Not one bug
    *Easy keyless entry
    The only improvements I would add (and this is completely subjective/not a deal killer):
    *More hooks for drying beach towels/bath towels (we got creative with hangers - which worked fine)
    *The carpet on the lanai has a continuous wet spot from the air conditioner's condensation.
    *Boogie boards in sad condition - they've been enjoyed by many
    *GFI outlet on bathroom counter really should have a cover on it.
    Overall it was a great property that was clean and simple to use.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the location is great. We like that the door has keyless entry so we did not have to worry about carrying a key with us. We also liked that the unit includes beach chairs, umbrella and mats so we got everything we need for the beach. Having free parking was a huge plus.

    The property manager, Byron was also very helpful. We realized that the hair dryer was not working and Byron replaced it right away. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again next time we are in Waikiki.

    The Waikiki Banyan is our go to place in Waikiki. It's close proximity to the beach, shopping,dining, onsite amenities and the supplied parking makes it ideal. This condo was in the best overall condition compared to the other ones we have stayed in.

    PROS
    It has been renovated and was clean. The AC works well, the touch keypad for the entry door is nice so you don't have to carry a key everywhere. The basketball net/tennis courts/ pool/ hot tub/ bbq area are very nice to have use of. Beds were comfortable. The inside is all vinyl plank or tile so its easy to keep the sand cleaned up. Fullsize fridge.
    CONS
    I would like to see the lanai done in something besides carpet, it would be easier to keep clean while staying there. Wasn't many knives in the utensil drawer. No dishwasher. Renovations don't seem complete (still missing covers over plug-in in bathroom sink area, some areas not finished painting (looks like only one coat), paint on nice new tile in bathroom sink area.
    OVERALL
    Captain cooks is vey good a getting back to you if you have questions or concerns. The place is nice and I would recommend it for people to stay at

    Very nice and clean property. Small but enough place for 2 people. Byron was helpful and available. Close to the beach and a walking distance from most interesting boutiques and restaurants. I definitely recommend this apartment for a couple.

    We had a great time and the room was really nice. I would recommend that the room have a few things added along with some repairs. The pocket doors that devided the rooms needed repair, the bathroom was missing an outlet cover, I would add a DVD player and would add a binder with information about the unit with instructions for check in and out, laundry and garbage disposal directions, phone numbers and contacts. It should also direct you to things like resturants, coffee houses, sites, etc. Overall it was a great experience.

We also offer download information with your confirmation letter for our AP which has tourist information along with resturants and activities.
