Public transportation is readily available, with stops located right outside the building on Kuhio Avenue.

Great location within walking distance to surf spots, a Kona coffee shop, and a good grocery store. Would stay again.

Perfect location, comfortable stay

Great location, free parking an awesome perk. Our rental was actually better than the pictures and descriptions. Byron our contact host was very responsive and provided all the information we asked. We will look at another stay at the same property for a longer stay. All 5’s on our rating.

Christopher W. from San Diego, United States, December 2, 2024 Stayed for 5 days in November 2024Here’s my honest review: I really appreciate that this property is located towards the quieter end of Waikiki, which feels less crowded. The unit shows some minor signs of wear, but nothing beyond typical use. Having a washer and dryer in the building is a big plus. The view is lovely (though not completely unobstructed due to a few high-rise buildings in front), but the ocean view is still very nice. The unit was spotless and well-stocked with plenty of towels, a full kitchen, and all the cookware and dishes you could need. The beds had firm, comfortable mattresses, which I personally liked. The inclusion of free parking was a huge bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others—it's a great alternative to pricey hotels that tack on resort and parking fees.

Perfect place for what we needed

There were beach chairs and an umbrella that were so nice to have during our stay. We would pick this again the next time we come back.

Great room.
David M. from Millcreek, US, July 9, 2024 Stayed for 5 days in July 2024First of all, the room was beautiful and recently upgraded. The beds were comfortable, the AC kept it cool and the kitchen was well stocked. It was an easy walk to the beach, or anyone around Waikiki beach.
The only “annoying” part of this place is the elevators. They are usually packed and you end up sitting and waiting quite a while as elevator and elevator comes and goes, full of people. There was one time that I counted 7 elevators stop on my floor, only to be denied because they were too full.
The condo itself was great, the communication with the host was great, and the parking was easy, and had a lot of spaces to park. All in all only was great, just the elevator situation was not!Response from Captain Cook Resorts

Nice stay
Laura M. from Minneapolis, United States, March 27, 2023 Stayed for 4 days in March 2023If you want to stay on Waikiki this is a good place. You can see the ocean and some of Diamond Head from the balcony. You also get a great view of Diamond Head from the pool area.
The place was nice, and assistance was available if you had any questions. I really enjoyed waking up to seeing the ocean even though it was rainy most mornings I was there. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient. The bus stop is just around the corner if you are planning to use public transportation. The website for the bus is complicated, but Google Maps makes it easy. There are bikes that you can rent right outside the condo building.
Overall, I am happy with the condo. If I wanted to stay in Waikiki again, I would gladly stay here. I am not a huge fan of the area just because of how busy it is.
Check-in was very easy. They let me check-out at 12:30pm which was nice. When I first arrived, I could her the girls in the condo next to me when I was walking down the hall. I figured I was going to hear them all night and be annoyed. However, as soon as I stepped into my condo it was silence. I couldn’t hear anyone else. It was great! They also have beach towels and chairs, which was really nice.
Some minor issues – 1) the kitchen faucet is very wobbly. I couldn’t find a way to fix it. This is more annoying than anything. 2) The rug should be replaced or cleaned. It is weirdly brown in some spots, and I didn’t want to walk on it. 3) Do NOT open the middle window on the right near the beds. Something is wrong with this window. I thought at first it was going to fall off and I couldn’t get it to close again.
I would still recommend this condo though.

Perfect place for us

The location is fairly central in Waikiki so you have plenty of walkable options for eating. Parking was easy in the garage; we had a rental car and spent most of our stay taking day trips to other parts of the island, so this worked out well. Had a nice balcony with an excellent view.

Family Vacation to Waikiki
