*BUILDING NOTE: Pool closed May 8–17, 2023, and hot tubs closed May 8–23, 2023 for yearly maintenance. The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for renovations beginning sometime in late 2023. Timeframe subject to change.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Perfect place for us

The location is fairly central in Waikiki so you have plenty of walkable options for eating. Parking was easy in the garage; we had a rental car and spent most of our stay taking day trips to other parts of the island, so this worked out well. Had a nice balcony with an excellent view.

Family Vacation to Waikiki

The space had everything we needed as well as additional items such as a beach umbrella, chairs, and a cooler. The view is great from the lanai. The location is a walkable distance to everything. The free parking space was a nice addition.
