*BUILDING NOTE: The entire recreation deck, including pool, hot tubs, and BBQ area, will be closed for renovations from April 7, 2025–June 30, 2026. Work hours will be restricted to 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Noise is expected. Work dates are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

However, when I arrived in Hawaii, I called and they explained how to do it, and I followed their instructions and was able to enter the room without any problems. The room was clean, and the kitchen and cooking utensils were well-equipped, so I was very satisfied. My wife complained that there was no bathtub, but other than that, there were no problems at all. Thank you very much.

Very cozy and beautiful property
New York, United States, September 2, 2025 Stayed for 6 days in August 2025The rooms were very clean and spacious with a great ocean view. The two queen-sized beds with a queen-sized sofa bed were enough for 4 of us to stay comfortably there. Kitchen was neat and clean, and we were able to have breakfast every morning at the kitchen counter and made dinner for some days while we were staying 6 nights. Beach is very close, and there were beach chairs left from the previous renters. I also left a beach parasol too so that people who stay later can enjoy. Laundry is in the same floor and the key for the door is secured by a very modern security system. I would like to come back to Hawaii and stay at the property again!!
