POOL CLOSURE: Due to scheduled annual maintenance, the Waikiki Banyan pool will be closed from Monday, May 9 through 1pm on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Rental quotes for affected dates include an automatic additional 20% discount.

TRAVEL ADVISORY: International Arrivals must be fully vaccinated AND tested for COVID-19 within 1 day of departure for the US. As of March 26, 2022, there are NO COVID-related travel restrictions for US Domestic Arrivals. Please inquire for details.

Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

    The views are very nice. The unit is great. Just one hiccup is there is no separate AC unit on the master bedroom, if you want to enclose the room with the sliding doors for privacy. We had to use couple tan to make it more comfortable as it got hot during the night. Property manager was very helpful and professional. The hallway isn’t very desirable, so it was a nice surprise to walk in to a nice open unit. If you use it as an open-concept studio unit, this would be great, if this is what you’re looking for. It’s couple blocks away from the beach, about 5-min walk. It’s not exactly along the main strip, but still close to other restaurants and convenience store nearby. Overall happy, nice views, but probably wouldn’t stay on the 35th floor again (thank goodness we were close to the exit).

    This was a great apartment to rent and has a great view of both diamond head and the ocean. It was very well stocked with supplies for cooking and even beach chair, umbrella and boogie board! Our only complaint is with the overall facility itself. The carpets in the hallway looked old and a little dirty and the walls at the bottom of the hallway appeared to have had the molding pulled off but none was working to replace it. Alsowhile there were plenty of spots for parking the parking garage was VERY difficult to navigate in the SUV we rented, the ramp turns were very tight and the parking spaces very small. The rental itself was very easy for the check-in/check-out process when we left we just had to clean our dishes and that was it! This was a very nice place for our family of 4 to spend 8 days!

    Amazing rental home with everything you need stocked. Would definitely recommend for any families with kids. Very nicely upgraded and very clean and organized. Very close to Waikiki Beach. Amazing view as well from the patio.

    10数回のハワイですが、眺めは一番よかったです。ダイヤモンドヘッドと海が一度に見渡せるのはびっくりでした。備品は充実しており困ることはありませんでした。お皿類が充実してるので非常に助かりました。あとゴミ捨て、ランドリーも近くかなり便利です、部屋からでてすぐ数10秒くらいです。ランドリーの空き確認が楽でした(笑)。リフォーム後だったのかかなり清潔で快適でした。トイレは日本人には嬉しいシャワートイレでした、これはポイント高かったです。気になるエアコンの音ですが、高層階なので、あまり暑くない時は窓をあけて切って&#

    The property is located in central Waikiki. Starbucks, restaurants, shops and Waikiki Beach are just minutes away by foot.
    The unit is brand new, beautifully and tastefully remodeled and decorated. The owner include many thoughtful items that made our stay wonderful (shaving gel, makeup remover, soy sauce, salt and pepper to name a few). The ocean and Mountain view are incredible.

    部屋からの眺めは最高で、ソファーに座ってもベッドに横になってもキッチンからもダイヤモンドヘッドが良く見えて癒される!キッチンの設備は使いこなせない程色々揃っていて文句なし!包丁もナイフも切れ味抜群!ベッドルームとリビングに扉があって仕切る事が出来、尚リビングからベッドルームを通らなくてもバスルームに行けるのはとても便利!部屋の掃除も隅々まで行き届き綺麗で気持ちよく生活出来る!ただ気になったのはエアコンの音!!でもまたお借りしたいお部屋です。6日間お世話になりました!MAHALO☆
