This apartment was clean, big enough and was equipped with everything our family needed. It is great to have a full kitchen and laundry, and the complimentary beach amenities were appreciated. James, our property manager, was easy to communicate with, and quick to answer our questions.
The view and sunsets from the lanai is amazing! The location is fantastic, the beach across the road and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Its location was ideal, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. The unit itself was spacious, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit. One minor drawback was that the beds were quite firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference. Additionally, upgrading the washer and dryer would enhance the overall convenience. However, the stunning view from the condo more than made up for these small issues. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was our first time renting a two bedroom in Waikiki after many trips booking a one bedroom. The space we had was great. It gave room for the boys to play and have fun while still giving my Wife and I space to enjoy the condo and view. Condo was comfortable and nicely decorated with a beach house theme that gives you a local feel. All the staff were great to deal with and very helpful. Great vacation property.

New Year in Waikiki

The apartment was perfect for our needs with 2 couples and a baby. And the view was spectacular, particularly on New Year’s Eve watching the fireworks straight out from our balcony. Great stay, great view, great time!

The only bummer was the pool and hot tub area was under construction but no big deal as there was plenty of other things to do and see!

Beautiful Views
Scarsdale, US, July 13, 2023 Stayed for 3 days in July 2023Pros: The unit is very nice. Amazing views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom has a view of Diamond head. Valet guys are friendly and sweet. Location is great.
Cons: The second bedroom also has a view of the maintenance area so we kept the curtains down in that room the whole time. The first night we were there was a Sat. and even though you are on the 26th floor, you can hear so much street noise from all the partying. So if you are sensitive to noise, avoid Sat nights. The other nights we were there (Sun and Mon nights), the noise was fine and we slept great. The second bedroom window did not shut entirely and you can hear a howling whistling noise all night long. The first night there, that room was unuseable so my husband and I had no sleep. We put the kids in the master so they could sleep. I contacted the property manager the next morning about it- no apologies, no niceties, just that they will contact maintenance. Well maintenance never came but one of the property manager came himself around 5:30PM and fixed the issue and the kids slept great the next two nights.
Overall: the place was great. If you are looking for a roomier place for a family of 4, this is it.Response from Captain Cook Resorts

An amazing vacation

The management team with Captain Cook was very quick to answer any questions and address concerns, and the group working at the tower was always professional and friendly. It was amazing being so close to the beach and being able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean from our condo on the 26th floor. If we are lucky enough to return to the islands we will definitely look to stay with Captain Cook again. Thank you for everything!

Great Location, Amazing View!
AUCKLAND, New Zealand, April 30, 2023 Stayed for 7 days in April 2023We loved our stay at apartment 2602. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Everything we needed was included with the apartment (beach towels, beach chairs) etc. Our check-in and check-out was super easy. Paul (our contact) was really responsive and gave us clear instructions. Each night we watched the sunset from our balcony - I would argue the view would be one of the best in Waikiki.

Anna V. from Sydney, Australia, July 4, 2022 Stayed for 14 days in June 2022We have stayed in this building several times before ( booking through Aston ) so quite familiar but this was first time using Captain Cook Rentals....fairly seamless , unit was terrific but noise due to renovations next door was very unwanted and we were not really happy that we were not informed that this would be occurring. Also the fridge had a slight leak and vacuum cleaner really did not work. ( no big deal but as we were there for 2 weeks I would have liked to do a quick clean )

We work hard to offer great accommodations and friendly service, and have investigated the concerns you have raised. Unfortunately, there is the rare occasion where other condos not affiliated with Captain Cook Resorts have work done and and our company is not notified. After further investigation we see this was the case with a small 2 day job during your stay. Your Property manager has also addressed your other concerns to make sure the vacuum cleaner is now working properly and could not find a leak in the fridge. We understand how frustrating it may be when things don't go as planned and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

Kitchen has all the necessities and the furniture is nice as well. You have all that you need but the best part about this condo is the VIEW! Our family spent a lot of time on the balcony. Also another big plus was the people at the Waikiki tower. They are all so nice! You won't regret staying at this place. We are going to have to come back and visit we like it so much.

Amazing View and Top Notch Service

It has been recently renovated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that there were only 2 units per floor, which made getting up and down using the elevator super quick. The unit also had a washer/dryer that was very convenient. The front desk personnel were very accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out and have us access to the 4th floor pool/lounge/showers area until we had to leave for the airport. The valet was also very convenient. We will definitely stay here again.
