NEW TO OUR INVENTORY! You'll delight in the spectacular ocean view from this beautiful one-bedroom condo (707 sqft) right on the beach in Waikiki! Just imagine stepping right from the building onto world famous Waikiki Beach! After a day shopping or relaxing at the beach, pamper yourself with a cold beverage and dazzling ocean views on your 114-sqft lanai!

Although there is NO POOL at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Waikiki Shore is located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki and is the only condo in Waikiki where you can step directly from the building onto the sands of Waikiki Beach! Plus, you're in easy walking distance to great dining, shopping and entertainment.

**STRICT MAX OCCUPANCY OF 4 GUESTS ages 3 and older. NO EXCEPTIONS.**

BUILDING NOTICE: Elevator maintenance beginning July/August 2022. Only 1 of the 2 elevators will be in service at a time while the other is being upgraded, for approximately 12 months.

TRAVEL ADVISORY: International Arrivals must be fully vaccinated AND tested for COVID-19 within 1 day of departure for the US. As of March 26, 2022, there are NO COVID-related travel restrictions for US Domestic Arrivals. Please inquire for details.

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking and No Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

ALL CAPTAIN COOK RESORTS RENTALS INCLUDE:
– Bath towels, Beach towels, Bed linens
– Dishes, Silverware, Cookware (including tea kettle & rice cooker)
– Beach chairs, Hair dryer, Iron/Ironing board
– Condos are sanitized prior to each arrival using a state-of-the-art electrostatic spraying process that fights viruses and bacteria, for your health and peace of mind
– Start-Up Supplies: coffee filters, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, basic cleaning supplies, and travel size (2 oz.) shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion
– NOT PROVIDED: beach umbrellas, beach toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/ seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, or bleach. This private vacation rental does NOT include resort services such as daily housekeeping, replenishment of towels or toiletry supplies, or hotel front desk services.

    We loved staying here. The condo was just as described - very clean, bed was comfortable, views were amazing over the city, beach, and park, especially at sunset. It is right on the beach and we easily walked to many nearby restaurants and shopping areas. We set out and explored a different part of Oahu each day and were able to drive to most any place within an hour or so depending on the traffic (which can be heavy at times on the highways especially if it's rush hour). I'd highly recommend #1408 and Captain Cook for your Hawaii vacation!
