Just another day in paradise! Imagine stepping right from the building onto world famous Waikiki Beach! You'll enjoy your stay in this 4th floor partial ocean-view condo (706 interior sqft and 124-sqft lanai with table and chairs). After a day of relaxing at the beach or shopping, pamper yourself with a cool beverage on the lanai and wait for the colorful sunset to paint the sky!

Although there is NO POOL at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Waikiki Shore is located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki where and is the only condo in Waikiki where you can step directly from the building onto the sand of Waikiki Beach! Plus, you're in easy walking distance to great dining, shopping and entertainment.

**STRICT MAX OCCUPANCY OF 4 GUESTS TOTAL (children under 3 years old not counted). NO EXCEPTIONS.**

BUILDING NOTICE: Elevator maintenance beginning Oct 31, 2022. Only 1 of the 2 elevators will be in service at a time while the other is being upgraded, for approximately 10–12 months. Lobby renovation project beginning May 1, 2023, to last approx. 6 months.

During our Holiday Season (12/20–1/4) there may be a 7-night minimum. 30+-night stays may include a discount (not available in all seasons). Please check with our Reservation Department for details.

CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

    Communication from the booking date was spectacular. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. Upon arrival, we were met by the property manager who greeted us, saw us to our rental, and made sure we were comfortable before he left. What a beautiful space! Everything was in working order. The space was clean and well stocked with cleaning essentials, toilet paper, soap, etc. Not once did we run out. The location was steps from the beach and the sound of ocean waves lulled us to sleep every night. I highly recommend.

    Just have great memories and experiences at the Waikiki Shore, from first meeting Paul T, entering out unit (gobsmacked with view and size of unit). But was disappointed not told no servicing of unit
    (14 nights). To quote Arnie, we'll be back.

As a vacation rental is not a full-service resort hotel, and we do not have on-site housekeeping staff, we are not able to offer amenities that a resort hotel would typically offer, such as daily housekeeping, linen service, or replenishment of your start-up supplies. I do apologize if that was not adequately conveyed, but it is indicated on all of our listing websites. This is an industry standard and one of the basic differences between a vacation rental condo vs. a full-service hotel room stay. We appreciate the feedback and will look forward to your next visit!

    The condo was nice, close to the beach and good views. The cushions in the unit really really need to be changed (no support) and there was a tile loose near the closet.

  • Perfect location for a Waikiki Beach Vacation

    Excellent location if you are looking for beach, shopping and dining within walking distance. The condo itself was roomy, essential needs met, bed was comfortable, hide away bed was good for our son (no complaints), air conditioner worked great and the condo was very clean. All though the view was obstructed by the beautiful foliage we were still able to see some beach and ocean. The fireworks view on the balcony Friday night was the best place to be instead of the beach with the crowd. The beach equipment (umbrellas, boogeyman board, beach towels and chairs) was nice to have access to without having to rent equipment. Property manager was easily to contact, helpful and pleasant with checkin and all our questions. One of the beach chairs need some attention. All in all it was perfect for my family of three.

    Very nice alternative to an expensive hotel room on the strip. Roomy, nice amenities, nice view of the beach. Property Manager was very helpful. Underground parking is a little tight, but I got the hang of it after a day or so. We will book again if we come back to the islands.

    Right in the beach. Best restaurant and shopping 1-3 blocks away. This place is amazing with such great care. Excellent place for the money. Will return for sure. Stayed for almost 2 weeks and could have stayed much longer. Believe the reviews!!!

  • Choose This Over a Resort!

    We stayed at a resort on Kauai before coming here, and I actually liked this place better. The apartment was right on the beach and felt tasteful and hip. We loved going to sleep with a sound track of waves and a wall of glass looking at palm trees and city lights. The retractable divider between sleeping areas if you're using the pull-out couch meant we could read after our kids went to sleep but still have a connected experience. The egg swing on the balcony was a favorite. Kitchen is spacious and modern, shower has ample space, bidet a bonus, w/d very convenient. If you're bringing a rental car (Do! Drive to the Haleiwa town in the north and Lanikai Beach in the east!), you need to hope there's a free space and pay $35/night to the security guard to use it. Only complaint is that it took a bit of phone tag (four phone calls) to get into the place, since it is managed independently and has nothing to do with the front desk of the building. All in all, a 45-minute setback. Hawaii-time, though. It's ok.

    Condo is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Beach is right outside the door, and had easy access to anything in the way of food or drink. Beautiful park right outside the doors as well. We locked ourselves on the lanai the first night (due to a loose lock on the sliding glass door), but luckily had our phone with us. We called the property manager who promptly had the security guard "rescue"us. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

    Loved this condo. Clean, modern, fully stocked and beautifully laid out. A perfect and quiet location away from the main drag and steps from the beach.

    If you plan to rent surfboards, bring locks! You can keep your boards downstairs but they will need to be locked and no place to store keys. there is also a surf rental location in the building and another around the corner.

    Unit 408 is gorgeous! What you see is what you get and the pictures are literally an understatement. The decor in this condo is immaculate and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, the bathroom is beautiful, the kitchen is out of a magazine, the bidet was a staple-I really can’t say enough good things about this condo. And then you have the balcony-just a beautiful area to sit and enjoy the ocean. The view of the Pacific are breath-taking. The property manager Paul, is a class act! He was at our every beck and call and it doesn’t hurt that he knows how to treat and talk to people. He’s a people person. He wasn’t snobbish and uppidity like what you may experience at other properties. He was very nice and down to earth. Our family and friends are already planning to stay in 408 when they visit Hawaii and when come back, we plan to stay here agin as well. Unless Captain Cook rentals have something that can top this unit...lol.

    We enjoyed our stay so much! A beautiful condo and wonderful help. Paul was our contact and he was the best! helpful and kind and willing. We needed a fry pan, and wow! there it was with other extras for the kitchen. Well supplied unit on 4th floor so we walk up and down as it is our thing. Perfect, perfect perfect. New, peaceful and convenient.
