You'll be mesmerized by the incredible ocean views from this beautiful Hawaiian feel contemporary. The open concept one-bedroom condo (706 sqft plus 124-sqft lanai) is right on the beach in Waikiki and you'll have dazzling sunset views!
Although there is no pool at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you'll enjoy nearby dining, shopping and entertainment, including an on-site surf shop, gift shop, Tropical Tribe acai bowls, and island-style Steak Shack, with a Starbucks just next door!
**STRICT MAX OCCUPANCY OF 4 GUESTS TOTAL (infants/toddlers under 3 years old not counted). NO EXCEPTIONS.**

Limited onsite parking is $40+tax/day. Or, a pass can be pre-purchased through Captain Cook Resorts for the adjacent public parking lot (2-min. walk) for $25+tax/day, or $225+tax/month. Parking is subject to availability and rates are subject to change.
CHECK-IN IS 3PM — CHECK-OUT IS 11AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Beautiful location walking distance to everything
Toronto, CA, October 1, 2025 Stayed for 4 days in September 2025Beautiful building, huge balcony, clean, fireworks Friday night can be viewed from the balcony and stunning sunsets. No pool but did not care went to Hawaii to hang out on the beach.

Great location, but #712 wasn't perfect.

The microwave didn't work, one of the beach chairs was broken, one of the fan remotes was missing a battery & battery cover, and one side of most wall sockets didn't work. On the plus side, the furniture is relatively new and comfortable for sleeping. The AC was great. If those details are fixed, we would stay there again.

Clean, spacious, excellent location
