Waikiki Sunset #2512 - (30-night minimum) - ALL MONTHLY RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.

TRAVEL ADVISORY: U.S. domestic arrivals MUST have proper documentation of full vaccination against COVID-19 OR negative pre-travel test results within 72 hours prior to departure to Hawaii. International arrivals must be vaccinated AND tested. Please inquire for details.

CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY/NOISE NOTICE: The building is undergoing a major plumbing project which may produce noise throughout the building M-F from 8-5 through November 22, 2021. We don't anticipate the noise being overwhelming, but if it is, please contact your property manager. In addition, thru March 1, 2022, M–F from 8am to 4:30pm, Fire Sprinkler Head Replacement will also be happening. Loud power tools may be used, and elevators will be used to transport materials. Contractor activity may cause crowding during peak periods.

    Great experience! Our host Byron was amazingly quick to respond to any and all requests. There was some construction noise that we were compensated for with a discount. The gym had to be booked (due to covid) but it was usually available when we wanted it. Well stocked, comfortable condo. Close to beaches, pn a handy bus line! Highly recommended!
