Good Condo, Good Management
Blacksburg, United States, July 2, 2025 Stayed for 3 days in June 2025Condo was fine. Definitely old, so dirt built up in corners and grouting, but not necessarily dirty. Nice to be able to walk easily around Waikiki. Pull out bed was comfortable and the kitchen had enough dishes and pans. Beach chairs and an umbrella were available. Parking garage was a tight squeeze. Not luxury, but good enough for our family of 4 for the three nights we were in Waikiki. Wouldn’t want to spend a whole week or more there. Condo owner was generally easy to work with. Also, it was a little damp, which is common in this area, so there was a damp smell, but not terrible.

Majestic getaway

Clean & great location!

The location is great and walking distance to Waikiki beach and other popular areas. I love having the general store in the building to get things that you need and also be able to rent beach items. The condo itself was very nice and the A/C definitely has lots of power to it! As mentioned in other reviews it is a little outdated and could use some updating - the bathroom and the kitchen sink but other than that, the property was great! Felt safe with security around as well.

Absolutely gorgeous view! Only one thing, I wish the kitchen and bathroom were upgraded, other than that our stay there was perfect!

Excellent stay all around

It was in the best location, had everything you need in the apartment and you also had the pool, gym and BBQ area to enjoy. The views were amazing as shown in the pictures. It's a 2 minutes walking distance to the beach and the river.

Byron responded to every request almost immediately. Everything in the condo worked properly and the locationi is ideal. No need for a car as the property is 5 minuted from the beach and 2 minutes from a bus stop for easy access to shopping and sight seeing!

Comfortable and convenient

The location was close to the beach, the canal and the bus stops. The condo seemed newly carpeted and clean. The plumbing was a bit old, and we had trouble turning off the kitchen sink, but we learned the exact sweet spot to shut it off fully. Any time we had a need, our manager Byron, responded immediately and is great fun to talk with. I would definitely recommend this unit for a month or more as it is a comfortable home away from home.
